    Good thing you caught that! I think that inner chamfer causes the ring to expand under compression to make the best seal possible … My A has two channeled compression rings instead of one like the B’s I think …. Nice work !!

      I've also heard that upside-down rings will lead to oil consumption

    Where were you able to find your pistons/rings?

      I think we bought these from Miller tractor out of PA. But we've also bought from Kuhn's out of South Central New York.
