I think medic mod should have at least lower sanity decrease cuz he did medical war crimes, saw gore and stuff. But scout, i think he should have like 100-150 sanity +he can't read both Wickerbottom's books and in game lore

In TF2, Scout's Bat deals nearly half damage than other melees, dealing 35 instead a regular 65, but swings faster with 0.5” intervals instead of 0.85” intervals. Scout's Bat and Spy's Knife are the only melees that deal less damage that the other stock melees (35 and 40 respectively).
His instrument is sounds of Boston boom binger. Cosmetic for scout, a boom box with music which plays when you play with it equipped. It's really very creative
What with the latest crossover I do hope someone makes a Cult of the Wamb character mod to showcase. I could see it having abilities like being able to restore a player's sanity with Bless once per day (per person), having a dodge roll, and having a projectile attack in the form of a spell.

Bro these TF2 classes in the game are super well made. I am genuinely impressed how they look accurate to both TF2 style and DST style.
I feel like you could stack Mad Milk, Crit-a-Cola, and Boston Basher to really put the hurt on a boss while healing in the process.
