Blastoff! SpaceX launches Maxar Earth-observing satellites, nails landing in Florida

A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched the Maxar WorldView Legion 5 and 6 satellites from NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida on Feb. 4, 2025.
The Falcon 9's first stage came back to Earth about eight minutes after launch, touching down at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
