The reason for the vision line part is I believe the new vision model is supposed to be the t1 duplex from the rumors I’ve heard with a wheel slip feature which is scary for price wise but brings a interesting new feature if the rumor is true
Nicholas smith is doing an atlas custom run of the p&r observation and paradise observation cars with MTH tooling. Spoke to them the other day they still have some left for preorder. About $50 less than lionel
I’m gonna throw my two cents in about the visionline issue From the recent catalog walkthrough from Lionel, Ryan said that it would have been a visionline model if they could have added a swinging bell, but unfortunately the boiler is too small for the feature... though that’s what they said about the H10’s too, so it may when the prototypes come in!
Finally was able to finish watching this over the past few days. I placed my order today actually, the only thing i’m ordering is that orange Ford/L&N/Wabash/SP big boxcar. The prices in the catalog are ridiculously out of hand.

Dennis, We don’t get trains for free. We aren’t sponsored by any train retailer. We use our hard earned money to buy trains. I am not in the video, but everyone on this call is a hard working model railroader who works to benefit the community as a whole. They worked on this video to show that the model train community is still here.
I completely agree that some of these prices are a tad on the high end but I assure you when I only make $6 an hour I’m not getting anything for free by any means. My trains and the ones owned by the folks in this call are earned by hard labour and tons of overtime. Trains mean more when you earn them yourself!!
I'd be careful what you say. None of us get anything for free. We all work out butts off to pay for things and to have made it to where we are now in the model train world. Think before you say.
@@Audamus I bought everything on my layout except the original Pennsylvania Flyer, I got it fot Christmas as a gift and got back into this hobby. Everything else I bought with my own money and a little credit. I don't even make $6 an hour. I love my train.
Honestly I thought Strasburg 90 was going to be a lot more expensive then what Lionel listed it for. Still expensive but less expensive than what I expected. Definitely getting that, and the Grand Canyon set, and I’m stuck between getting a DD35, UP 9000 or the 4294 cab forward :(
Well the 2-8-0's. I already have one so I won't get it. You said the truth. They are very good engines and it was my first Command Control engine and when it was brand new. You could've used my 2 cents... but yeah.

I still wish that they had made 90 in semi-scale form so as I could run it on my layout which has tighter curves.
