I think what's going to end up happening because of this catlog is that alot of people buying trains are not at this time with the pandemic going looking to spend over a thousand dollars do to a host of verious reasons if this catlog had been last year maybe it would of worked I think the Acela is going to be a big fail an with MTH out of the picture now I think with the majority of the catlog priced over a thousand dollars at this point in time alot of people are going to be like no thank you I'll just buy second hand of stick with what I alrecdy have for now I think this will force Lionel to rethink their next catlog for this year
They already have a 2021 catalog but here I am still waiting for my Visionline GS-4 that I ordered back in last January. What are they doing over at Lionel?
In a stream last night, they explained that right before Christmas, they had an issue docking the ship with the GS’s on it, and with Christmas coming it delayed it, but the GS’s are arriving at the warehouse in NC and are expected to get to people and hobby shops in the next week or two depending on the mail

Wow... very disappointing and expensive catalog. I was hoping at least for some E6, E7, E8, E9 diesels in BN or Great Northern schemes or maybe The UP coal turbine with Legacy system.
