    Sir mujhe apki help ki jarurat h plss jab bhi mujhe anxiety hoti h i feel tightness in my throat n block nose jisse breathing me problem feel hoti.. Sir kya ye anxiety ki vagah se hota h Or anything else.. Emergency k lie koi achi n safe anti anxiety medicine suggest kar dijiye plss.. I have no negative thoughts at all but fir bhi asa kyo hota h..?? Plss reply🙏🙏 in my city there is no good psychiatrist my hope is only you🙏🙏
