It's not new anymore. By 2015 it already existed. You might not have seen it due to its location.

I didn't mention anything in this video because the area is pretty much complete. Only Mirior has empty land still.
The other side of Gasekebuye has lands, not many. I think its 20 millions/100 square metres (are)

One envies the young people of today. In our time as an adult, even as Africans, Africa to the north was just a jungle with nothing much beside sporadic thatch house villages and goats. I do not mean to be sarcastic but truth be told, down south (Africa) we don't know much about fellow Africans besides those who cross our borders illegally out of desperation for a better life.. Watching your videos should help us see the continent in another light even though illegal mass border crossing will always stay a thorny issue given the high level of criminality and unemployment in SA.
