This is a middle class community. Upper middle class even. Once the roads are paved or when tarmac is laid, it'll be a good place. Prices range between $6000 to $8000 per 100 square meter of land in this area.

It depends on the standard of the person looking to make that assessment. Hospitals however come in different grades here, grades that are defined by the cost mostly. What do you mean by "fair" though?
