Hey good job. Burundian- American med student ( 5th year ) Watching you from Europe. I was born and raised in Nyabugete. However I haven't been to Burundi for about 21 years. Could you do a video on Nyabugete 4 please!
Keep them books steady. Med school is no joke. 🥵 Before the month ends, I hope I would've finished recording Nyabugete in its entirety. I'm glad you like the video 👊🏾
Wow that is amazing to see home but u didn't tell us Nyabugete is where a bout in Bujumbura cause most us it been long time we move out Burundi like me i don't know Nyabagete anyway thank u so much for ur kindness👍👏👏
Just discovered your channel. What kind of communities are these? Meaning middle class etc. Do they have good ISP infrastructure. And what the relative price for a plot in US$. Thanks.
This is a middle class community. Upper middle class even. Once the roads are paved or when tarmac is laid, it'll be a good place. Prices range between $6000 to $8000 per 100 square meter of land in this area.
I have no reason to lie bro. On the real, I've never been anywhere near the west. Oh and the video is currently unlisted. I am about to make it public, so this is a headsup just incase these comments disappear! 🤔
It depends on the standard of the person looking to make that assessment. Hospitals however come in different grades here, grades that are defined by the cost mostly. What do you mean by "fair" though?
@@NotSoBurundian Fair would refer to a low cost operating facility without a lot of high end equipment. Thank you for answering these questions. Burundi is doing good in becoming a developed country.
There's is no fixed price. The cost of land depends on allot of factors. Such as (location, development in the area, financial situation of the seller, etc)
I tried that. After realizing that 3 of the same locals give different answers, I knew I had to rely on common sense. But for the sake of entertainment, it's all good.

Watching from USA. What's the cost of plots? Much love❤
The price of land is fixed. So many factors come into play when buying land. Let's just say that $10000 can buy a plot almost anywhere.
