There is a lot of good stuff there and it is good to support creators. People are just too cynical.
@@realchoodle Nobody is too cynical, thats the reality of the marketplace. Type among us in the seatch bar and you see tons of ripped skins. Most marketplace packs are lower quality than even the ones on MCPEDL. The Faithful and Aether ripoffs are prime examples of the content that marketplace has to offer. The only incentive in the marketplace is monetary instead of making a good map/mod
Doesnt help when only a select amount of people (mostly big studios and companies) can sell in the marketplace and not only that. When they got access to the marketplace, they also got access to a developer edition with OP modding tools, multiple F3 menus, and ai editing.
Its not fair when the community popularized Minecraft modding and map making, yet Mojang chooses to gatekeep a version of minecraft with op modding, to marketplace creators, then allow them to sell it while mod creators cannot sell their own mods, because they are "modifying code thats not theirs", when marketplace devs are doing the same thing.
They choose to limit the capabilities of bedrock edition to the point where people who play bedrock are treated as second class citizens.
No hate to this mod by the way, this map he's playing is actually fantastic and has lots of effort put into it. Its just that the marketplace is mostly ridiculous, and its less about "people being too cynical" and more about how people do not like a corporatized game that solely focuses on the monetary gain, instead of the core experience of minecraft

I wanted to comment this because it’s been on my mind: am I not understanding the crafter? Because no one is talking about it. Because you can essentially create an automatic stone, stone brick, mossy stone, piston farm right? Like all the building blocks you can craft can be made automatically??

i think a lot of people dont understand how much quality stuff is on the mc marketplace, like they're just so used to mc stuff being free, which is fair, but outside of the weird skin packs and skibidi toilet mash-ups, there are some insane texture packs, and mash-ups on the bedrock marketplace that get overlooked so often

No it's a new semi-barebones style, MC dungeons has more detailed (not more high-res) textures than normal Minecraft, but gameplay absolutely
