Two questions, what is your size, height, weight, waist so i can compare to see if i fit the same. I am 5'-8+", 170lbs, 33-34" waist. Second i guess you wear 24/7 but do you go outside dressed as a AB? I wear 24/7 but have never worn AB, aside from a collared onesie and jeans outside.

5’ 5”, 140 lbs, same waist as you.
Yes I wear boys clothes all the time.
does the hot glue rub and make the sides uncomfortable?
No issues with the glue. The layer of original elastic material which is pretty thick is between the glue and the skin.
Instead of hot glue, could you use super glue?
I am not sure. Super glue drys crunchy hard and would be difficult to use on fabric like material. I would not recommend it.

Great idea. Next time I make one I will post a pic. It sits about 1” lower in the front and back compared to a goodnite.
