I've been a republican FAR longer than our President has and I can tell you with my soul on the line that he is not a republican any more than the Bengals won the Superbowl in 89. I'm willing to listen to what they have to say, but it's highly unlikely that my mind will change on any given subject. The Constitution is written the way it's written. It is what it is whether it supports your guy or not. It doesn't care what party you're in. It doesn't care who's in the White House or who's in control of Congress. If the phone call was sooooo perfect, he should release the audio tape. no one can argue that there was sensitive information on the call because trump said the transcript was full and complete. so either he isn't releasing the audio tapes of the call because he is hiding something or he is lying about it not being complete (and still hiding something). At the end of the day, an INNOCENT person would release the audio tape of the call if it was SO PERFECT because that information would only help their case.

And it damn sure doesn't care about political games. The House members, the Senate members, The President is duty bound by the oath they take to uphold the Constitution. We citizens have our very freedoms thanks to that document. We all need to honor it and uphold it, especially those we elect. The steward who sits in the Presidents chair is just that; a steward. The man isn't what matters. The office is what matters. Having said all that, there is absolutely no doubt that our President is guilty in terms of breaking Constitutional law. Like him, dislike him. Irrelevant. Republican, Democrat. Irrelevant. The Constitution doesn't change for parties. It doesn't change because you like the guy or hate the guy.
