    Oh my gosh! I cannot believe that I somehow missed this video when it first came out, 3 years ago! The only way I discovered this was through your Gathering Ground community! I just watched the video you suggested we watch to learn a method for energy testing and this particular video popped up on the screen, afterward! This is so CLARIFYING for me. I've been pretty confused about the cross-over topic ever since I first learned about it through someone else's work. I especially appreciate your understanding that we are to start out by meeting the energy where we first ARE! THEN we work in the cross-overs practice, itself. Thank you very much, Prune!! 💙

    Thank you. You are very good at explaining things. I wondered why I couldn't do the marching figure eight properly. It is easy to do same hand and knee but I can't do opposites. I will try your technique!

    Dear Prune, I’ve just discovered you!! How wonderful. I’ve ordered your book and am watching your videos. One thing I’m finding is that I can feel energy moving through my legs and forearms just watching your videos ( whilst not actually doing anything myself). Is there a reason for this?     HI! I am currently in a state of homolateral energy. I have been doing the exercises according to this video. But after a few minutes, the energy returns to homolateral pattern which makes me really feel unfocused, unbalanced and frustrated. I would like to ask if I need to do any other techniques? Thanks a lot!

    Great explanation. Thank you. What if r too weak to do this with knees and arms tho? I’ll try it sitting without lifting knees.

      You can do it sitting down and that might Make the effort of lifting your legs easier. If that's too much, keep your intention focused on maybe lifting the toes of your feet and touching your knees. Also, don't forget the importance of the attention you place with your eyes watching where your hands are going.
