If you use the equilibrium calculator on the wiki, you can see that it actually still gives a pretty great DPS boost for necro even with its narrower damage ranges.
Thanks. What worked for me was T90 power armour, t90 weapons, ice nihil, RoD, AoS, penance, sorrow & SS, and bar 2 with ghost on the end. Sometimes i drop to around 2-3k HP but always seem to recover.
Hey! Would you add any conjures on the no zuk cape bar and in which spot now that they don't need adrenaline to spawn after the recent necromancy combat changes? And would other auras like penance now work if conjures were added?
Familiars won't increase xp except the nihil as it deals necromancy damage. I'd use a legendary pet instead to pick up drops as the xp increase is negligible from the nihil after 100% accuracy
Hi QP. This was an extremely helpful guide that helped me get started in my journey from 99 to 120. I've spent dozens of hours doing this and have optimized your method even more, and want to share my findings. The main differences that I have are that I use T95 weapons, no ruthless (I already perked for single target and dont' wanna spend to reperk), and I use t95 bottoms with impatient/invig, with t80 power top with r5 and demonslayer. The main difference is that I use no biting and equilibrium aura. This aura has catapulted my XP gains from 1.2-1.3m/hr as described to 1.8-2m/hr. A very significant benefit to using this aura. You can test it yourself.
Update: I think my alt1 tracker was just bugged. Equilibrium aura is not this OP. Sorry for this comment. I'm getting around 1.3m/hr right now with it, which I think is accurate.
Should undead army not be on the bar at all, if not why? I know putrid zombie can affect xp but what about others? Also I’m looking at it from a strictly revolution afk method
Nice video! I did these beast to 200m on my main and they were nice and afk. An alternative i am doing for my alt is wildy abby demons. It's a great alternative with lower req's and you can still push 800k xp/hr with a cannon. pro's: -you can start earlier at lvl 70 with decent xp and similar gp/hr -since the risk of dying is low you can swap out a perk for scav4, i change relentless for it and kept the same as ur perks -access to the wildy drop table helps boost gp a little as well as gives you extra brawling gloves, more kph than beasts so more chance of getting. (xtra bloodweed seeds too) -a metric ton of pure ess, more valuable right now cuz of necro. -can be adapted for melee and mage, i think mage is the best with magma tempest. -technically still break even if you don't pick up any drops, the salvage alone is enough to cover cannon balls. -Little bit xtra range xp from cannon, i did 95-99 range here just using the cannon. (For this i had some bxp from fsw) -lower req's and less chance of dying. I didn't do abby beasts on alt because i didnt wanna upgrade necro armour past lvl 70, needed those damn plates lol... Con's -lower xp/hr than beasts -death note relic or demon horn w/ ectoplas is kinda needed, or the ashes will cover the other drops. I prefer death note. -If you logout in the wildy with cannon, sometimes it will disappear upon login, you need to run out of render distance and back so it will reappear (long time bug lmao) -You go through alot of cannon balls and springs. Not a huge problem, but buy limit for balls is 10k and you use a little more than that every 4 hours. probably more i cant think of but its great for low lvl's and or alt accounts. For me it was the perfect combination of good money while afk, doesn't matter if i pick up drops as i still break even, brawling gloves for xp and my fav part is scav parts as you are killing so many per hour. Yes, ghost with protect melee and blood siphon and/or vampyrism aura added to the bar should be enough to sustain you depending on the rest of the setup

I haven't tested it yet, but I was thinking conjures at the very end of the bar might be good. Depends if they mess with targeting or not

This video was before conjure undead army came out. It is likely worth adding at the end of the bar, but I haven't done enough testing yet to say
