    Paraguay is really is a gold mine. Property has a very healthy 20-30 year future. Now is the beat time to be getting in.

    Interesting time to release a video. Did you just finish editing it?
    It will be interesting to see if Paraguay property does keep going up. A lot of people think that properties are going to keep rising but I do not think that will be the case. I think Paraguay might actually stay fairly stable though. I don't think the housing there is anything near as inflated as in Canada or the USA. They need a correction and I think that is coming soon.

      Paraguay is always fairly stable. The only way the mkt will boom ridiculously lile it has in the west. Is if they introduce low rate easy to obtain mortages and home loans. Like what happened in the west in the 80's, 90's and 2000's. If that does happen. PY will have a booming 20-30years before it ends up like the west.
      Yes, just finished editing haha.

      Agreed, there is a massive glut of properties on the market and this likely wont change anytime soon. Buyers market 100%.

    This was great, thank you. Can you do something similar for buying a car, used or new?

    You do need to be careful When buying property as a new comer, even through estate agencies. I was stupid enough to buy pretty quickly through a Redmax Estate Agent in a small proyect of only 5 houses, and the developer has defaulted and left me with a half built house eventhough I' ve already paid the full amount. 😢

    Above all, Paraguay is the ideal place to settle for good, for responsible, law abiding, hard working, enterprising individuals who crave freedom and abhor the woke tyranny they suffer in some West European countries.

    I want real estate in Villa Morra but it’s crazy expensive. Also half of the buildings are empty and owned by argentines. I could see a crash if Milei fixes Argentina

      @easterncoastacd1883 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      I don't agree at all Evan. The Argentinians that own apartments. Use them as diversification and a place to stay when they come to fo business in PY. And Paraguay isn't slowing down in the business sector anytime soon. Many Argentinians are leaving argentina for good. Milei is a bitch of the USA. Many don't like that. And Arg will always be up and down. They will never change. PY is a far better investment imo. I think PY will only grow in value once the loans mkt starts up. It hasn't even started yet.

      @@easterncoastacd1883imo if the global housing market stops to be an investment to keep your money and returns to it's actual function which is housing prices will return to 1950s levels of salary to house prices

    • @Planbparaguay
      @Planbparaguay  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      I have to disagree slightly with you there Evan. Py is short on rentals. And the arg investors use the buildings as a second home for work here. That work will continue. Other guys use it to.... well we can't soeak about why. But PY has a healthy future regardless of what happens in arg, brazil etc. Imo. But thanks for the input mate. Hope your well brother.
