I watched an episode of Paternity Court today - and she said she was going to order them to go to "Couple's Court"... lol ... keeping it all in the court family... lol
This proves how petty and vicious some people can be. She gas lit the gentlemen telling him he was the father, she would mentally abuse him telling him he wasn’t the father when they got into arguments, and lying this whole time knowing there was a possibility it may not be true. She straight lied to the judge, and the judge didn’t even blink. She most likely knew. The judge even dismissed him when he mentioned he didn’t have a connection with the baby, her exact words is that’s BS. So much that he had PTSD from going into the pregnancy room to relive that trauma smh.

You mention abuse now, but it wasn’t a cause for you to break up with him initially while on the show. The only mention of abuse was from a previous relationship. That would be a more valid reason to leave rather than the denial of a child.
@@xxjonnyblazexx we weren't allowed to talk about abuse in our relationship per the show. And when I got back with him he knew that there was a possibility that it wasn't his. I even asked him if he wanted me to abort and he said no Ill love the baby either way. Our story is way longer than 20 mins. There was way more things to discuss he was just so focus on the results. Acting like he was okay with everything in the beginning of the pregnancy to go on the show and show his real feelings.
I work in a restaurant as a server. I just had a regular customer share with me today that he was the victim of paternity fraud. In the state we live in .. You are responsible for a child if you are married. He's paying child support for a kid that's not his.... DISTURBING!

I understand where you’re coming from. Biologically, he has no skin in the game for her other 3 children. I think JS was thinking about the children and the emotional connection they’ve built with him up to this point. That’s why I think she asked him if he has it in him to father these children. To do so is selfless. This situation was heartbreaking.

It is disappointing enough that couples come on divorce court because they can not mend the marriages. This episode had a beginning and an end as soon as the baby's picture was shown. The baby does not look the father or the mother. She has her biological father's eyes. Mrs. Perez, knew who the father was as soon as she saw her daughter eyes. She went on national television to reveal her lie and secret. Mr. and Mrs. Perez are adults they will over come this situation. What happens when someone in the family tells this little baby that Mr. Perez, is not her biological father? ( and someone will tell her ) "A moment of passion can lead to a lifetime of destroy. I hope the best for this family.
