Oh, this reminds me of the fun days of the internet, when rumors were spread around like this, L is real, hoaxes on how to get legendary pokemon, how to unlock Toad in Super Smash Bros Melee, and more. I'm trying to create a rom with an increased difficulty for every leader and some trainers, like May. I'm about to modify Tate & Liza's pokemons. Just to say, Roxanne's pokemons have levels of 27-30. There are some wild pokemon that can increase the level of yours in a little time. Note: I'm working with pokemon Ruby (emerald cannot be completely modified) and I'll include every legendary pokemon (I already created an script to get Kyogre). Your rom looks great though :)

I swear to god, back in 2014-15 i seriously thought this was real, spent hours trying to reproduce this and failed so many times with countless save files until i figured out that it was a crack, story was amazing and i hope that someday, you will make another rom like this to spark the same kind of curiosity in a next generation
A little cheaty, but brilliant! The player would have the option to fight Kyogre whenever they want. They can false swipe it, catch it in an Ultra Ball, train it, and fight Groudon later in the game with it. You had me right up to the cheated Masterballs bit.

Legend has it Pokemon Red and Blue have similar secrets... If you surf east of the SS Anne, there is a truck that can be found. If you use strength 500 times, the truck eventually moves and a Mew can be found underneath it.

Well, I got a Mew in normal no hacked pokemon yellow. It worked and I was real happy to have a Mew on that game.
I remember back in my childhood years we were trying to catch mew in yellow, but we didn't succeed :D. We had no internet at that time to search, and we were trying theories we heard from everyone, with the most common the one with the black line in the sea.

+Darkblitz he made that rom so he can make him to give player 99 master balls and rom hacks aren't cheats and you can trigger something with those programs for rom hacks like changing the starters, add new places etc.

You don't need a cheat. At the bottom right of Littleroot town, you will find a weird looking tile that will transport you to the Warp Zone. There on the left you will find some guys that will give you stuff including the balls
