Be careful buying homes constructed by Mattamy homes. I live in one. The concrete is cracking, causing mold in the house and their warranty sux. They dumped all their debris on my front yard. When I find dead patches in the lawn and dig up, I find huge rocks in my lawn. The plumbing is awful. They put the hot water lines below the cold water lines. That means when I run the tap, it takes yonks to get cold tap water. Our house was built 2007. But it is so cold. When I went up in the attic, the insulation was done very poorly and the edges were left bare.
