Saw this today. Surprised at how small the Master Br and dining rooms were for the sq ft.The stairs were an understatement. the library was fabulous. The view is very nice if you get that exact model. The other bedrooms were smaller than the ones that I have. It is 3 levels so i think that is where the sq comes in. The"basement" is really ground level not underground. A small elevator would be nice.
Which master br was small? There seems to be 2 master suites. One at the main entrance level, that seems to be the primary master suite. The one on the ground level or basement is a junior suite. Also the view doesnt depend on the model but the location. I guess you mean it has a nice back patio. But it's likely because it's on the "2nd level". Any 2nd level patio will have a "nice view"
