I wonder how much it cost to make 1kg and how much they sell to the shops for just how much the shops make on um because my local shop has deals on baits they had 800g nash the other week £2.50 a bag
@@Kingcarparpeggio products are produced on this scale, so that small companies can't compete, big companies often have so much money they will even sell some of their products under cost, to eliminate healthy competition. But once they monopolise the market, they can charge what they want, and lower the quality too, don't we see this on a daily basis in supermarkets, when improved recipe, usually means improved profitability, educate yourself, silly boy!
The heaviest work load is undertaken by machines that can do it around 100 times faster than man power can. In the end the manpower needed for something like this is 2 for handling and loading the raw materials, 4 for each production line, 3-4 for the offices. Assuming 2 production lines running, you would have around 12 staff to keep the factory running smoothly, you would then have ceo, health and safety officer, staffing manager, health and safety officer, janitorial, fork lift operators. All in you are looking at around 20-25 people working. This assumes of course a normal day shift operating around 8 hours, if you operate 24 hours a day you can increase the production line staff by three, so thats around 36 full time employees in the factory with the rest being unaffected, maybe a slight increase in the number of office staff to handle the extra paperwork/orders
Let other people buy that overpriced pre made crap... I'm rolling me own baits... 25%wheat25%corn25%soja25%othercrap+no flavour... And you got a better and fresher and unique bait... That outcatches this garbage... The bait industry is the biggest scam ever.

Make your own boilies. Nash "Citrus cultered hook baits", 15 boilies 12€ !!! Madness !!!
I make my own 100 for about $1. Flour, eggs, corn, vanilla, oil. Easy. You can even microwave then.

Just make your own . Dont buy these expensive Dutch boilies. Even a bag of dog food is way cheaper hi.
Cooked boilies=never good
Are you ok bro?
Do you even know where the word "boilies" comes from?
