    this was such a great video! glad it randomly popped up under a Go! Billy Korean video I was passively watching while I work. i’ve heard of coursera before but never checked it out - now i feel like an idiot for not doing so 🧍🏻‍♀️😭 i’ve been jumping around videos and i feel like i have a decent grasp on 한글 but felt stuck from there like where do i gooooo so now i’m going to hop on coursera the moment i go on my lunch break 🙂‍↕️ this video needs more interaction, you explained everything so coherently and it was easy to grasp!

    I’ve enjoyed this so much, because the biggest mistake I’ve done while learning Korean is not studying the alphabet first. While at the same time not spending time studying the language, and just bingeing K-dramas expecting to be fluent. So thank you for the advice and the tips and the apps. I’m going to be fluent within a year!

This video has been so helpful 🥲 I got back into studying Korean this week after three years off and on studying and I’m going to stick to my current routine and see if I can maybe improve it or if I have to do something different since I do understand some Korean but other things are also hard for me so my goal overall or for 2025 is to improve and be able to have conversations better and understand more Korean

    Thank you for the video, even if I new most of the YT channel or website and app, I’ve learn a few more. But I’ve tried to find the TOFU app but couldn’t find it, iPad or iPhone 🤷‍♀️ Also I was quite surprised that you didn’t talk about KoreanClass101 that is a really great free resource to learn Korean even if there is a payed option. I would love to have your exact schedule to study and how you balance between the apps, YT channel and the website. That is the most difficult for me. Thanks again !

    • @BysamyK
      @BysamyK  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I just talked about the ones that I use or used in the past and since I’ve never used Koreanclass101 I couldn’t talk about it. For now, what I’m using is really helping me improve so I’ll stick to those resources. And I currently have the app TOFU in my iPad so idk what the problem could be, I’m sorry🥺 And yes, balance is the most important thing, I’m glad you liked it☺️

    • @BysamyK
      @BysamyK  8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      It’s fine if they use romanization to teach Hangul, what I meant is that you shouldn’t learn Korean with romanization instead of Hangul (annyeonghaseyo instead of 안녕하세요), hope I explained myself 🤣🥰

    All I watched were kdramas before I started studying Korean. I went to Korea and was able to understand people gossiping, even in a different dialect. 😂 A group of older ahjummas were sitting in a circle and talking about one of their son-in-laws being a bum. I wouldn’t say kdramas are not helpful lol.

    • @BysamyK
