Can’t wait to see the finished project! ❄️ Thanks for explaining the anchors and how to put them in the wall for a smooth finish and for smoothing the wall. I will need to do this soon for my walls. ❄️
I love that toliet. I didn't know they had skirted toliets. Definitely getting them for my bathrooms. Your bathroom is so much brighter already. I can't wait for part 2. Have a great weekend ❤
I would recommend skipping the accent wall (paint) and instead get a really fun and textured shower curtain! Then you can just change the shower curtain by season or when you want to shake up the style, without the commitment of changing your paint colour. 🫶🏼
I think it looks great so far! You did an awesome job picking out a vanity. I would love to give mine a makeover. Can’t wait to see how it turns out 😊😊❤❤
My master bathroom is just as small and for the longest time I’ve been wanting to make updates to it. I cannot wait for the finish look! I know it’s gonna look amazing. I’m motivated to get started on mine 😆
Hello Megan, your bathroom is going to look great, can’t wait to see the transformation. You can also use Dewil bathtub and shower paint if you wanted to update them. It has no oder and is highly recommended. Love and blessings 🥰♥️🌹
Girl, you left us hanging. Now I’m anxiously waiting for the best part the decorating, organizing, styling. Ohh I can’t wait to see, looks great so far! 😁
Your bathroom is looking good already, Megan! The vanity is so pretty! I was surprised when you opened the top drawer! That's so nice that it actually IS a real drawer, with the cutout for the plumbing. I've never had one, I know you will love that! I'm excited for you and Derrick (sorry if I misspelled his name!? Can't wait to see it when it's done, I know it'll be beautiful ❤
Hi Nick. We just finished taking down a wall between 2 small bedrooms to give us a large primary bedroom we remodeled our 1 and only bathroom 5 years ago and removed the tub and just have a walk in shower looking forward to the finished bathroom nice job sweet lady💙❤️👏
Kudos to Derek and Nick!!! They did a great job and you did as well as filming getting great angles and such! Yours and Derek’s bathroom looks beautifully stunning def you’re guys’s style!!! 💜😊
I would paint your ceiling with the Kilz as well, and keep a dehumidifier in there. Bathrooms with no window are mold starters. Our master bathroom has no window and we keep it mildew free by removing towels after each use and keeping a dehumidifier in there.
Yippee for the remodel and good that you used the anti-mildew primer; you'll thank yourself for it later (it is supposed to be thick, btw). I was told that if you are painting directly onto drywall to do 2 coats of the primer. So excited to see what you do with the space! 🚿🚽 🛁❤
Primer is definitely thicker due to the higher solids content. Leaving paint and primer in the extreme cold isn't great for it, but as long as it came back up to temperature and was mixed well before you started, you should be fine.
Yes, it's a big project redoing your bathroom. It's looking good! Though too bad you didn't paint the wall behind the toilet & sink! Are you painting the bathtub suround! it looks yellowish? We had to do our whole bathroom when we first moved in. We had another one to use. We did have someone put ìn the floors! We have a window in the shower/bathtub. There was mold & yuck! Anyway, we took it down & had to put green boards up. So got rid of molds & put the green board up, so it'll protect it from mold etc & then put up regular board then the suround & to make if fit the window & the faucet/shower head. It was nerve-racking! We measured 3or4 times & cut once. Then, it took both of us to hold in place. My husband made a board with a flat surface to hold it in place! It was hard! Just a yr ago, we got a brand new toilet. It flushes itself & there's little lights that helps us to see the toilet, also it has a water squirter, to wash us. Pretty cool! Yours looks nice too! Ours is 25ys now. It really needs it redone again, but I don't think we'll do it! We're both in our 70s, so I don't think so! The toilet we really needed it. It was crack & leaking. My husband fixed it several times! So it definitely was time for a new one! Take care! See ya next time! Have a great weekend!❤️😉🫂🐾📓✏️🧶🧵🪡🍄🌬☃️❄️✨️
We didn’t have time because our neighbor was helping us with that, so I didn’t want to force him to wait for paint to dry & come back at a time that may have been inconvenient for him.

Hello! Can't wait for part 2. I know, it will look beautiful!!!!
I sure hope so!
Can’t wait to see the finished project! ❄️ Thanks for explaining the anchors and how to put them in the wall for a smooth finish and for smoothing the wall. I will need to do this soon for my walls. ❄️
It’s definitely a smoother look and way easier than trying to patch up a huge hole!
I love that toliet. I didn't know they had skirted toliets. Definitely getting them for my bathrooms. Your bathroom is so much brighter already. I can't wait for part 2. Have a great weekend ❤
I was surprised at how affordable it was! Only a couple hundred bucks. It was cheaper than a lot of other traditional looking toilets
I would recommend skipping the accent wall (paint) and instead get a really fun and textured shower curtain! Then you can just change the shower curtain by season or when you want to shake up the style, without the commitment of changing your paint colour. 🫶🏼
That’s a great idea!
I agree. It’s not in style to have a different color wall, especially in a tiny space
I think it looks great so far! You did an awesome job picking out a vanity. I would love to give mine a makeover. Can’t wait to see how it turns out 😊😊❤❤
I can’t wait to get it finished!
My master bathroom is just as small and for the longest time I’ve been wanting to make updates to it. I cannot wait for the finish look! I know it’s gonna look amazing. I’m motivated to get started on mine 😆
I hope it all works out the way I hope it will 😅 it’s tough working in such a small space
Excited to see part 2!! I love your new vanity and definitely want the skirted toilet!
Me too! I can’t wait to show off the finished look!
@ ♥️♥️
Can't wait for part two!! 😀❤
It should be my next video 🤗

I Can't Wait To See What The Bathroom Looks Like When It's All Finished
Me too! I hope it all comes together 🤗
Your bathroom is looking good already, Megan! The vanity is so pretty! I was surprised when you opened the top drawer! I love it too! And it was surprisingly affordable!
Looking forward to part two. Love these videos.
I hope it doesn’t disappoint! 🤗
Can't wait for part 2! The bathroom is going to be epic!
I hope so!

I would love to do a major shower renovation like that, but it’s just not in the budget for us this year.
Kudos to Derek and Nick!!! They did a great job and you did as well as filming getting great angles and such! Yours and Derek’s bathroom looks beautifully stunning def you’re guys’s style!!! 💜😊
Thanks! I don’t know about looking beautiful yet…hopefully by the end of the week!
@ yes, the vanity is really pretty I love it can’t wait to see the finishing touches

You’re so right! I’ll have to pick up a dehumidifier.
Gorgeous! 🩷
Thank you! 💖
I love the bathroom so far, can't wait to see the end result.😊❤
I’m hoping to have it finished up by mid-week 🤗
Great job so far , Hi Nick
Thank you!
Can’t wait for your finished bath
Me either! I hope it comes together just how I imagine 😊
Great job! That's hard and tedious work!!! Gonna be beautiful!!!❤❤❤❤❤😮😮
It is a lot of work, but it will all be worth it! I can’t wait to have a bathroom that is better suited for our needs!
Swiss coffee is my favorite shade of white. Especially since your shower enclosure is not a bright white.
That’s the color I have throughout my entire house! I love it too 🤗
I really love this type of video! Thank's Megan❤'
Glad you liked it!!
It is going to look so good…😊
I hope so 😊
Bravo megan
Thanks!
We have the same exact bathroom! To the t. I just redid my bathroom last year. So I’m really interested to see how yours turns out
Oh, cool! What did you do?
Yippee for the remodel and good that you used the anti-mildew primer; you'll thank yourself for it later (it is supposed to be thick, btw). I was told that if you are painting directly onto drywall to do 2 coats of the primer. So excited to see what you do with the space! 🚿🚽 🛁❤
I ended up doing 3 coats of primer, and planning to paint at least 2 coats of a paint & primer mix today!
@@lovinglifeasmegan Good for you! You'll have a nice sturated color surface. It's so worth putting in the work. Enjoy the rest of the w/e!
Great video ❤❤❤❤
Thank you!
So sorry about the water damage but I know you've been wanting to update some things in the bathroom...I cannot wait to see it finished!
It's going to be so much better!
Hi Nick, what a neighbor so handy. Will you be doing anything soon to the girl’s bathroom? I thought at some e you were? Excited for the reveal ❤❤❤
We are! I’m going to do a whole makeover in there too!
Nice video
Thanks for watching!

It was!
I way that your buttons are on your toilet is how almost every toilet flushes in Australia where I live 😊 so you're using an Aussie toilet
I did not know that! So cool 😎
Here in Greece too!!!😮😅
😍😍😍
🤗🤗🤗
I know I shouldn't complain, but maybe you should have painted the wall behind the vanity before you installed it? Easier I would imagine.
You're right, but we didn't have time before installing the vanity.
Could you link the medicine cabinet that you took down?
I don’t know where it came from or what style it is to be able to find a link. I’m not the one who put it there 😩
@ I’m sorry, I didn’t know this. I also love your vanity and the toilet is awesome. Thank you for sharing the tip on the wall anchors as well.

I don’t plan to paint the shower/tub right now. It’s in good condition & not stained or anything, so I don’t really feel the need to refinish it.
Tell nick hi
🤗 will do!
Looks great! 🤩 I never get why no one ever paints behind the toilet before installing.🤦🏻♀️
We didn’t have time because our neighbor was helping us with that, so I didn’t want to force him to wait for paint to dry & come back at a time that may have been inconvenient for him.
Will a head pop out of that toilet and say "skibidi"?
Lmao
