Thank you for watching and commenting. I am starting to learn and remember the tones. I saw 28 for a clad nickel and 29 for a war nickel when I did an air test in my backyard of clad vs silver on the manticore. th-cam.com/video/peUaoUg_7xE/w-d-xo.html
Thanks for watching. I have been giving all terrain general and all terrain high conductors a comparison. I found the silvers in the video on high conductors. I hope to get a warm up in temperature here to get back out and do a video on settings.
I think they all find the same stuff. It is all about opportunity and luck. I do know the programs in the machines differ. I have seen an equinox 600 ring out on a trime and my ctx 3030 stay silent.
@patreasurehunters they probably do. I just keep hearing these other guys that use it say it's great at seperation and multi frequency is the way to go. My xtp has been a great machine to start out with it's been great at finding clad. Only one silver dime so far in the 8 months I've been detecting.looking at the nox 700 and 900 as well.
Darin, I won't push one detector over another. I will say a combination of the vdi scale going from 1 to 99, the changing of the black number to red number when going over an iron target and the 2d imaging is awesome with respect to the manticore. All three can let you see if there are more than on target when swinging over a nail and a silver coin. I have only had it for a month or so. I need to do more tests with it, but we have about 4 inches of snow on the ground and the first 2 inches of ground is frozen like a rock. Keep watching, I will be out as soon as there is a warm streak. Dan
Great finds. Thanks for the video.

Good job on the silver, buddy
Thanks for tagging along. Silver is a nice change (no pun intended) from clad and pull tabs
Congratulations on the silver coins! I always say the same thing, no place is ever hunted out..👍
Thank you. Thanks for joining in on the hunt.
The thing between 1:00 and 1:30 looks like a recess plate for split door locks.
Thanks for watching. You may be correct on the unknown find.
Great video... Nickels are 26-28 on my Manticore
