2024 Show Me Pro/Am Metal Detecting hunt, day 1, Coins, Civil War Skirmish area, Muddy Relics Ep 26

We got the chance to take a couple's trip to the first ever Show Me Pro/Am Metal Detecting hunt in Greenville MO. Over 2 days we worked acres of fields and timbers looking for seeded and natural surprises under the ground. This is day one and it was a blast, Day 2 however got EVEN BETTER.

You need a pinpointer that way you don't have to destroy the sod to find your target

This was our first big hunt as well, my wife had done a smaller one, and you are correct. It was an incredible first experience. They certainly hit it out of the park

Hey now, there was money under them there pies.... Actually this isnt the first time i have detected a decent find under a cow pie.... Maybe the cow was just marking the spot for me... or the Host thought no one would actually look under a pie..... my next one wasnt as good, i found a pop can under one that was a bit less dry.
