    This is great info. I have a boss I work with who refused to have meetings or give feedback to his employees. Then, gets mad because they don't know what is expected. Constructive Criticism is better than nothing at all.

    Feedback is so essential; I know so many new manager struggle with effectively delivering feedback - there are so many wrong ways to do it 😂 Your insights are gold.
