I’m at 42 minutes and the notion of working with athletes who have some constraints resonates for me; ALL my athletes are essentially non-verbal… (horses). Part of what drew me to CLA is that traditional horse training uses physical manipulations to “instruct” body parts since we cannot use verbal instruction for how to execute a movement biomechanically. Once you recognize the inherent problem of physical microshaping, then modifying task and environment constraints is the best option. Which - ten years on - turns out to be beyond my wildest dreams
