A true hero, giving up time to play so all of us can see all the pieces early. That’s awesome. I love the look of everything. I’m so excited to make an underwater dark ride.
@GeoTactics doesn't look like they will be, but Frontier listens to fans. If enough people ask for the old themes to be included then hopefully they will add them later.
@@FuzzyNinja21 I would be hugely bummed - paid for deluxe the second it was on steam - it I would really want to recreate my old parks with the new game engine and in my areas western and pirate are huge attractions IRL. Pirates would go great with all the new water park stuff too.
@@FuzzyNinja21 Honestly imo ALL the pieces and themes that were in Planco 1 should be in Planco 2. The models for them already exist, it wouldn't be fair to charge people for them again in a dlc (they only need to upgrade them a bit). But looking a this that won't be the case at all.
That Viking theme looks awesome for a dive coaster idea I’ve had for a while. The coaster train is a Viking vessel that is caught in a massive storm. And the first drop dives under the water.
@@bushy9780 I think it sounds a little more flattering to say you were inspired by my idea 😊 Edit: It’s an idea for an elements based park I never made because I had neither the time nor the grit for it. This would be the big thrill coaster for the water section.
Hopefully they don't get rid of Western, Pirate, Roman, Asian, and others from Planco. They should include all the prior ones at launch though I suspect they are going to DLC them for the cash cow. UGH.
I'm glad someone did this, thank you very much for your effort! While the themes aren't necessarily the ones I'd have chosen, there seems to be more than enough versatile pieces to get very creative!
Glad somebody made a showcase of the pieces. This was something that I was really wondering about.Had to know because of the way pieces can be repurposed for not "in-game" themes. I'm a little concerned that there doesn't appear to be horizontal painted wood wall pieces since that's very useful for generic buildings. If those big grey bricks in the PlanCo theme are recolorable, they'll be amazingly useful. But, it looks like someone might manage a mountain theme with some of the stone, corrugated, and wood walls and wooden roofs. Pirates can maybe get fudged too using the wood walls, stone walls, barrels and nets from the Viking theme, the sails from the Mythology theme, a lot of the wood and rope items from the Resort theme, and the shipwreck stuff from Aquatic but it definitely needs more to be fully realized. Hopefully they do the real deal soon. Think a rustic seaside theme is definitely possible too. But noticing a concerning lack of windows and doors so my guesses might all be out the window. This feels a lot less versatile and theme park-like than the first game to me. I think my favorite themes are the Planco and Resort themes. Can totally imagine visiting a park with those pieces. The Resort seems like it would be great for a pier park.
Glad you enjoyed the showcase! I am convinced that those pieces can be used for variety of different themes if you are creative enough. I am very happy with the big amount that we are getting in the base game!
This looks amazing!! As someone who is more interested in creative building, I was waiting for someone to showcase the pieces, so thank you so much! One thing I noticed that makes me worried: do the menu tabs close automatically when you choose a piece (even when you are editing a group) and have to be reopened when you want to choose an other piece? That would drive me crazy! So many unnecessary clicks!! I hope if this is the case, they are going to fix it.
No problem! Glad you enjoyed it! Yes unfortunately the tab is closing every time even when I was editing the group. Maybe you can change that in the settings but I honestly didn't have time to check 😅
Thank you so much for making this video, Cesar! I loved your idea of showcasing the pieces. I'm so excited about Planet Coaster 2 and already pre-ordered it. 🎉 Love your Planet Zoo videos and builds. I'm a Planet Zoo fan too.
LOVE this! Thank you for showing us these items! I love the Greek theme, I wasn't expecting that one. Any chance you saw a way to make that Medusa statue stop moving? I don't always dig the animatronic feel of some of their statues. You mentioned that you didn't have the chance to wake up the eels, was there a toggle to have those awake or sleeping? I have to agree about the trees, I understand that it makes it more realistic but I sometimes appreciate them being static. I wish they'd have a toggle to keep those static or moving. As always, thank you Cesar! You're the best!
very cool video and finally someone who shows the individual parts💪. I really like the pieces so far. It's also great that there are wall parts that can probably be scaled without a grid. I hope that this time all the roofs will fit on all the sets, there were always some missing from part 1. I'm only missing a few assets/props for backstage areas (buckets, ladders, pallets, shelves, bin bags, forklifts etc.), which would make the park even more realistic. I'm also curious to see how cars will come into play for parking lots, as there will be no toolkit. I also miss lockers and I think they left out the ATM and also signposts where you could direct the focus to rides or stores for guests to go there. I always thought that was cool when there was nothing going on in some corners or rides. With the benches, I noticed that there are no alternatives with backrests 🤔and a second version of the sunbed would have been nice in white plastic, which is also familiar from hotels. The lamps also all look very modern, there should be a few older ones or generally more choice in several sizes and variants. I would have thought it would have been cool if the fences could have been drawn like the barriers in Planet Zoo plus height changes, so you have to set them all individually again (if you don't use the automatic paths). I think with Prehistoric Kingdom you can not only scale them but also just increase their length. But the selection of trees, bushes and stones is already brilliant, over 250 of them alone, wow😍! And the menu items for plants and flowers were even still empty, there's probably something more to come☺ In general, however, I'm already very satisfied with over 3,000 parts and I'm sure there will soon be more with the western and pirate theme...🤩🤪
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video! I totally agree with everything you said here! The backstage props are definitely missing and I hope that they will add them in the future. And the foliage is absolutely beautiful and there is so many different plants!
Thank you very much for your effort and time you spend into this for us! ❤ Edit: Man, I get some inspiration already, ideas flowing by .. amazing! This is a beefy amount of content already! :O
Thank you very much for this detailed indepth showcase of the pieces. Everytime you place something down i get new ideas on how to use them. Especially the font only sign will be a lifesaver! Still i have some questions. Maybe you or somebody can answer. Which range does the scale feature reach or what is the smallest percent you can make an object? 1-500%? And what are the measurements of the park size? In Planco 1 it was 1km x 1km. Very greatly for any answer. Thanks in advance!

@@CesarCreatesHey friend, the last DLC update for PC Official in the game Planet Zoo, will be released after the DLC console edition this September, will it start at the beginning of October this year?
I like the improvements from Planet Coaster 2 and a lot of pieces I would like in Planet Zoo, but Planet Coaster 2 seems not as good as I was hoping it would be. Maybe with more dlc pieces. just not really hyped as Planet Coaster 1 and Planet Zoo were.. I'm ready for planet Zoo 2, and this one isn't even out yet.

They did the same for JWE1 and JWE2. To me the price difference between base and deluxe is not that big (in case of other games it is sometimes double price) and I get why they did that from the business point of view.
Why did they call it Mythological when it's clearly just Greek mythology? Also, you can't build any kind of ride under water? Why did they have all those submarine pieces? I was hoping they were bringing back the submarine ride.
@@CesarCreates That would be an awesome upgrade, how do we suggest it to PC? I have tried contacting them but get no response. Thank you for the response.
