@jalamborghini I bought the headlights and the mounts used. But was not really happy with the mounts. thought they were to long and made the headlights look like antennas on a insect. So i got one fabricated in stainless.
The same reason why i changed it... Thought it looked too much like a old Yamha moped.. :-D If the bike dos'nt get sold this season, it gets modified again next winter.. Arlen Ness dragger fenders, strched tank, 1 off fenderstruts front and rear, flat track bar, LCD mini tacho/speedo, 1 off exhausts, handmade saddle and a nacelle-type headlight... :-)
@juggernautkid The rear fender is a Highway Hawk FATASS rearfender.. but im sorry to say that they don't make them anymore.. BUT.... If you are a handy welder, you can make it from a 9" custom fender and some 5 mm plate steel (for the struts). I couldnt agree more about the stock fender... it looks like something from the early 80's.. :-D
@opiumbuddha I have a Power Commander III installed on the bike, and i got it custom mapped by a very gifted tuning guy. :-) No job for an amateur.. And i will strongly recommend you find a shop that has a dyno and the right education.. or else you might damage more then you gain.. Sure you can download a lot of different maps on the web... But only 1 in a million matches the setup you have on your bike and at the driving conditions you have... Both humidity and temperature is importent...
@mattyj331988 I just got it painted with some off the other stuff on the bike... You CAN do it yourself.. but you have to make shure all the chrome is sanded off.. or else the paint will not stick.. Good luck with your M800 and ride safely.. :-)

That is awesome!!! I just got my 2009 M50 SE in Orange and Black and really want to change the headlight to a dual like you have. Where did you get the lights and did you have to fab your own mount?
@celsofeitosa Your welcome.. :-) No i Bought the fender from customparts.nl. But Motorrad Buchard has a fender that looks almost the same. But try delta-custom-bikes.de they have a lot of cool stuff for the suzuki m800 (m50)
@mibambino2007 Homemade from a pair of cobra-pipes for the vl800 and some powerwrap.. But i have seen that Highway Hawk has copied my design and made some pipes that is 99% identical to mine. they are in chrome though.. I dont remember the price but just google "Highway Hawk" and you might find the catalouge on the web somwhere
How d you like the M50 I am Picking mine up tomorrow. Where did you get the black side cover and the other black out parts like the pice on the gas tank. What mods did you do to the COBRA Streetrod pipes b/c I WOULD LIKE TO DO THE SAME TO MY BIKE. THEY SOUND GOOD!!

The handlebar is a shortened straight-bar. Its aprox. 80 cm wide.
Don't like the handlebars but love the dual headlights and back fender. Very nice

Almost any dealer can get them for you. The one on mine is a Fehling straight bar. Shortened 20 cm and painted black

I like the sound...not crazy about the wrap. Just my opinion.
I have an m50 I can't decide if I wanna go bobber or full on bagger with it currently has fairing and bags that came with it when I bought it

Did this bike had any problems with the camchains? I can hear a peculiar sound, have the same on my bike.

where did you get your straight bars? i have been having trouble finding handle bars where you dont have to modify the speed gauge?
