I actually lived through something similar. But no FBI and no disappearance. Just all the lurid and false accusations. I was accused of everything and more in this story. The ONLY reason that they didn’t get away with it, was because Missouri made it illegal to file these charges AFTER I’d filed for custody.

Everyone of these lying women needs to get a minimum ten years prison sentence.

What a story. It takes a lot of fortitude to go through what our hero goes through. Like the song says "If you're goin' through hell keep on going
Don't slow down if you're scared don't show it
You might get out before the devil even knows you're there"

Justice finally served! Seeing Adelia's shocked face on that monitor must've been priceless. Can't mess with the law and expect to get away with it, especially when there's forgery involved.

When I listen to these stories I generally start a trip down memory lane of my 66 years. This time I began to remember many conversations I have had with people about listening to both sides before passing judgment. Back in the middle 1990s I was in our Atlanta corporate HQ with my boss then a VP. Both he and his wife were spreading things about another family. I carefully cautioned him about the libel/slander laws in Georgia. Don't worry Mike it is not slander if it is true. Well, it turns out it was not true and the later settlement came to around $100,000 plus Attorney fees. Thankfully for him, he had insurance. The next time he was in my location doing an inspection he told me Mike I sure wished I had listened to you. My father taught me that if I have a problem with Tom don't tell Harry, go talk to Tom. To this day I am still surprised at how eager people are to spread unsubstantiated rumors.

Best story ever! So well written. Loved how all the legal matters dragged past the ending and how the new family grew and how reconciliation had begun with the grandmother.

It's crazy how everything unraveled for the cheating wife once the truth came out about the forged signatures and kidnapping charges. Couldn't have happened to a more deserving person.

I never broke contact with her always saw her when she wanted, never did she stop being my mom but maybe that's because they never bad mouthed each other and my pops was a cop and never shied away from serious topics so i new what drugs can do to someone and was a d.a.r.e kid lol

My ex ran off with my kid and she still has not contacted me and she is 20 now. The explanation is that the child be leives the lies that the mother fed them and possibly even started to hate the father. The thing in this story that is difficult to beleive is that the kids so easily changed the beleif and came back to the father.

Great story and outcome! Have to wonder if the courts were required to assign primary custodial rights to the spouse being sued for divorce if that would result in better outcomes for the children. Speaking from personal experience. That would obviously be mitigated by extenuating, by documented circumstances.

Actually this story is epic and realistic. There have been cases where a spouse disappears with children after making slanderous comments. This would lead to federal crimes: kidnapping, slander and forgery.

This is what I mean when I say women attack men in a different way. By manipulating the law. See how the false accusations were immediately believed and dude almost lost his life? The stigma would stick forever even with no evidence to prove these heinous things

It's amazing that even after it's been proven that he was innocent of the lies that had been spread about him, his evil father still wont speak to him. Parents usually stick by their children's side and support them until proven beyond a shadow of doubt that they are guilty. And then they don't stop speaking to them. However, he doesn't need his biological father, who just provided the sperm that caused his birth. It seems that he was only a father during good times, but not when hard times rear it's ugly head. He is the one missing out....on the love of his grandchildren, his wonderful daughter-in-law, and his son.

It is a sad fact that a woman can lie and a man will suffer because of her accusation.
Divorce is biased in favor of a woman and the man is forced to pay and pay dearly.
This story shows that truth where the man nearly dies due to the salacious lies told by the wife.
The sentence of the wife is not excessive relating to the five years of torment her husband had to endure.
    Great story, thanks for sharing.

First, just to get it out of the way, F' John's jerk-ass father. What kind of stubborn morals- free idiot father continues to punish his son for something he now knows for sure his son didn't do?! Pure trash. Now, for the main point: This was one of the best, most gripping, heartbreaking and satisfying stories from your channel. It's an indisputable masterpiece! Well done, indeed!!

It is a fun story but I am getting tired of all the guys in these stories being some kind of high powered business executive that has a massive amount of resources behind them. When my ex dumped me, I was left with nothing but my car and the things I could carry in it. I would have been homeless if I had not been able to go back to my one living parent.
