Thanks for the tips, its funny how they actually resonate with me but in my case I didn't watch a video, it just came with time and mindful studies to understand the beauty of life and not live under pressure even for things I find difficult. something I've currently found helpful is to force ourselves to speak positivity to that which we find difficult no matter how hard it might seem the universe really does align with our confessions and believes I'm a witness ♥

For me is managing time and I really have to work on that 😭😭
