    Good lord, I am just a sucker for this cool-ass suspension. Someone give me an absurd amount of money so I can chuck this front end in an old ford ranger. Also do my job for a while so I can spend some time verifying weight distribution, ride height, and a dozen other things to adjust the geometry for a different application.
    Honestly just need a sugar mama so I can follow my little car nerd passions.

    Why run a hydro-electric power steering vs just an electric rack? Is it a strength issue?

    Rod eyes in bending? Why not have bushings on the lower arm inboard mount to avoid fatigue failure?

      This kit requires so major modifications to the headers so not many people will buy this, it’s a specialty/pro kit, so just keep that in mind before buying! Thanks for your support

      @@FDFraceshopcould you use the rack relocation kit with the stock suspension components? It would be for a 2j or other swap for a street car not a drift car

    Huge mistake choosing a bmw rack is only focusing on the steering ratio. I prefer finding out the stroke of the rack and then counting the movement / turn. BMW quick racks usually have shorter stroke, that gives you "quicker" ratio but less angle. 6" /150mm stroke is usual to find on BMW.

      you have no idea what your talking about when you change pivots you can get as much lock as you want

    • @bigbothoee8617
      @bigbothoee8617 ปีที่แล้ว

      To explain if you move the hub tie rod pivot closer to balljoint you get move movement per less steering, this channel literally made a vid about it

    • @jute91
      @jute91 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@bigbothoee8617 if your tie rod pivot point and ball joint is on the same level, then there might come issue that you cannot be as close to ball joint pivot point

      I'm sure the guy that designs suspension systems and kits for a living needs your input, since you're such an expert. It's likely he didn't bother to account for all relevant geometry and constraints in the design. 🙄
