Serious shout of for Milwaukee for not changing the battery mount for like, ever. Other brands being scum lords changing the battery fitting all the time is so brutal.
You should develop a grip kit for the s2000, they are tracked so much and as they are getting older more and more knuckles and upper A arms fail on track
Dont think using an antiquated S13 rack is a good idea. Shortages already. Why not use a modern rack that is widely available? Z33/4 might be stronger, and have a longer useful production cycle. Rated for higher weights. S13 repro parts are Not common. Why is the captured nut required? Extra part to get lost, or drop into the rotor. Thread the Billet. If you dont trust the aluminum threads, install a Helicoil from factory. Boeing does. Or thermal interference fit in a nut. (Oven+Liquid N) Or high strength retaining Loctite. For the firewall block off plates: Rivnuts on the firewall, a thin bead of rtv around the opening, then bolt the plate to it.
Rack choice was based on what would fit in the vette subframe, sadly a z33, is300, bmw, Z34 are all to big. Capture nuts will have locking nuts, prefer not to have threads or helicoils in the knuckles.

Maybe even the same arms given the extreme level of adjustability. The knuckle might have too much trail maybe?
