Taylor is one of the artists, who is actually an Artist in music industry. She is one of the artists I find really talented and creative, not only from songwriting perspective but also how she dresses according to album theme, her performances, music videos.. she is just GENIUS! I am an Indian, don't know about every single singer out there but I know that I would definitely love to attend her concert someday!

Best era - Red. Illustrious decade of her life. No artist has such influence over people my age (23) - from the Love Story era in secondary school with crushes, angst, still unadulterated feelings of love, free-spiritness, to the more formative, stylished, polished era (Red) when I was about 18-20 in polytechnic where everyone was trying to define themselves. Then to 1989 -> the breakthrough with Shake It Off (just like how people change completely before and after high school). And then yet another a wholly novel and sophisticated one (Reputation) where it is literally 'I don't care anyone. I've grown to not care and it's about me. It's my life.' -> The flow really mirrors the stages we went through from when we're about 13 - 23. I've both liked and disliked her over the course of her career, but I applaud that she has guts to transition, challenge herself and evolve. Because it's not easy to endure and keep up this amount of success (and not lose your mind) over more than a decade - grit, hard work and the like. Happy 29th birthday Taylor Swift
