Does anyone else sometimes cry when listening to music from our childhood? Not for the music, but because it reminds you of what life was like then. The loved ones that were still here, that's what gets me the most. We can never go back, and i wish we could. Nostalgia is one hell of a thing.

I first watched this MV in 2004, it became one of my instant favourites. 20 years later, I'm 29 now, and in retrospect, a lot of the concepts in the music video are kinda of cringey now ("skip school", "hang out with the bois", etc)... but in a sorta GOOD way, you know? They remind me of more innocent years, when we were young and impressionable toward the more optimistic and fun side of life. Things are tough now, they're not so simple anymore, and I'm extremely difficult to influence and have grown skeptical when things seem too good to be true, but sometimes I go back to these classic songs, like a time machine to when I often think "Everything will be alright."
