A great painting, so fast and on a full sheet! I’m just starting water and reflections on a quarter sheet and this is tremendous to watch. I have a long way to go, but this is a great lesson. Thanks!

@@RobertMeeArtist sprichst du deutsch? Oder ist das Google translating. Danke für das Kompliment. Ja ich kann zufrieden sein, aber mir fehlen immer wieder die engl. Bezeichnungen von Fachbegriffen und den nicht alltäglichen Worten. Aber habe ja hoffentlich noch ein paar Jahre Zeit, werde im nächsten Monat ja erst 78 Jahre alt. 😁
Ich habe es mir mit Google ganz einfach gemacht. Ich werde zuerst Französisch lernen, was ewig dauern wird ...
I really like how you mixed the blue into the brown & orange…color mixing on the paper. I need to do more mixing of colors on the paper rather in the palette. Thanks for reminding me about this technique.
I hope to remember the five things you targeted that makes for a
successful painting. I wrote each down on a large paper and hung it in my studio remind me. Thank you so much for sharing.😊

I suppose talent might be considered an essential “element”. Which is unfortunate news for me.
I do believe it is just a skill that can be learned....I guess some people take longer to get there. Took me 20 years, and I still have a long way to go. If you enjoy it, keep going!

Beautiful painting. So well narrated. Will it come with time that I can take a photo of a scene and change the colour composition to paint it? I'm not confident in how to do this yet, but thank you for this demonstration. I hope to learn more about colour changes in scenes as it seems quite important. Thank you Robert 😊
