Let's face it. Dozens of actors have embraced a different facet of the Joker wonderfully - Heath Ledger's menacing and charismatic anarchist, Caesar Romero's gleeful goofball, Jack Nicholson's criminal mastermind. But when it comes to embracing the entirety of of Mister J's fragmented and terrible personality, nobody does it better than Mark Hamill.
Yeah, I gotta disagree and stick with Hamill. I find Ledger to be good but he didn’t sell it for me as the Joker. You put it best for the three pieces of the Joker’s core personality but Hamill I find to be able to pull off all three expertly, instead of only having one aspect down. Especially after his performance in the Arkham games and Killing Joke

Arkham origins depicted the perfect interpretation the joker is supposed to be a combination of silliness and sickness like the mask the only difference one uses what he has for good and the other for bad jack got the silliness and heath got the sickness but origins joker got both even managed to be more of a criminal mastermind than both combined

Hamill and Kevin were such a good choice for these characters, and it's really gonna suck no longer having them around, with Kevin dead and Hamil leaving the role.

Well from what I've heard that's not a definitely no all he said was it's unlikely that he'll be voiced The Joker now Kevin Conroy had passed away and it feels to him like The Joker said himself in a episode of Batman The Animated Series : "Without Batman, Crime has no Punchline." it means in short : "Without Kevin Conroy what's the point of continuing voicing The Joker ?" although he didn't actually say that but he probably thought it in his mind But that doesn't mean he going to stop voice acting by any means but still we can all agree that Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill were The Best voices for Batman and The Joker.

Ik this video is old but can we just take moments to realize how good marks voice would be for asmr like idk about y’all but his singing is just relaxing even in the joker voice it’s just so perfect in a sense it has the right amount of deepness to it and though it has cracks sometimes it’s kinda hearing a campfire crackling so it’s very soothing

I have to say that I’ve heard other voice actors attempt to do a Hamill joker when they do him for shows and video games, but Miracle of sound actually manages to do the Hamill impression without it sounding forced or a full on copy, like they are trying to give the feeling of Hamill while still making it sound good and their own.

Actually this was for the Troy Baker in Arkham Origins
No it’s for Arkham City. I edited out the cough near the end but it’s supposed to be for when after Joker took Bane’s Venom in Arkham Asylum and was dying. The original version has Joker coughing right near the end, but I replaced it with the earlier part of the song to cut the cough out (since for the video I was doing it didn’t make sense to keep the cough in)

Who? Mark Hamill? No the song was done by Miracle of Sound. I edited a part near the end where he had the Joker cough (because this was about Arkham City, so it was about Joker after he injected himself with Bane’s venom and was dying) but otherwise the song is unedited
