So true about a good bag. I've had the same bag for 21 years. We used to move often for my husband's job. For about 10 years I used it everyday. Now it's just a few times a year. But it hasn't failed me yet.
I am going on a crop weekend soon and I usually pack the kitchen sink, so I was searching how others pack less. I am one of those who forgot to pack my photos one time! My DH and daughter met me half-way and delivered them to me so I didn't have to drive several hours all the way back for them. I was so happy they were willing to do that for me!!!
I have a packing checklist, but...it kinda looks like everything but the kitchen sink is on it!!! LOL! I will check out yours!
Your dishwasher trilling sounds like my washing machine (must be a Samsung 😀). It handily reminded me to throw the towels in the dryer.
It's actually amazing the people that forget pictures at a crop. Seen it more than a time or two! I was an over-packer for years! Now I've fine-tuned my crop packing. It's taken many years though!
I have been to several crops over the last 15 years, one big one I do annually. My go to container is a Stanley FatMax, it is actually a tool box! But it has wheels and firs 12x12 paper in the bottom and it fans out so your supplies are right beside you! Love it!
Always pack chocolate!!! I always pack too much when I pack a bag of supplies. I have never been in a retreat but I have spent the day crafting a few times. The first time I went to a drop the ladies weren't that friendly. That was about 25 years ago and what a big difference in the supplies we have now! Love your videos...💞
I am so loving the bag!!! Worth the money I’m sure! Thanks for sharing this, in the process of preparing to go out of town and was feeling a bit down feeling like I wasn’t going to be able to take my stamps, stencils, stickers and doodling tools. Yay! Crafty Travelers unite!

3. I’m a pouch packer too. Even at home now, stays all in pouches. PS if you stumble across anymore like what you [which Is what I use too] use could you mention & help a girl out 😜
4. I’ve only been to two retreats, first one where I met you but I do think that I need either to pack less or a scrapbook tote 😜

Your dishwasher makes the same tune as my washing machine... and when it went off, I was SO confused! haha I thought someone was doing a wash!

The outtakes were awesome!!! I wish I could only take 2 bags when I go on my retreat. I am “the store” for all my friends, because I have so much stuff. So I end up taking most of my supplies!!!

"Never have I ever"... in 20+ years of scrapbooking/card making/journaling/etc., been to a crop! I think I would need a moving van because my OCD is so bad. I suffer from "everything syndrome" really bad! 😂🤣😂
I'm with you as I have ADHD at the age of 77. It does sound funny, but not too funny as it causes lack of knowing what to pack or just pack everything, which never works out. Just not sure if it's possible to achieve a positive atmosphere for my desire to scrap my grandchildren and children before I leave this earth to a much better place. Hanging in there could be the #1 key to enjoy the hobby.

I have a similar trolley but have found that the foldable wagon I purchased works better (and holds more) than the trolley.

Adele try double stick tape on your watercolor palette it will help keep them in place. I usually use magnets with my metal palettes just a thought. Love your videos

Hi I've just joined you on Patreon (yes!) and I agree with Nancy Osborn I had no idea what a crop is. But to my shame I don't know about the Prima journals where you add different books in. I have bad eyesight I am visually impaired and I tend to go to the back and just be quiet rather than ask a question that sounds stupid. But I saw you pick up your Prima book, what and how would I use them for? Hello to all and thank you to you. have a great retreat
Take a picture of your ATG with the tape in it, that way you will remember how to feed the refill. I had to TH-cam how to refill when I first got mine.

How do you know it's time for a new blade for your paper cutter? I never know when to switch it out.
I end up switching mine out when I makes it look distressed instead of a nice clean cut edge!!! LOL

A Girl gotta do what a Girl gotta do.🤷🏻♀️. I pack heavy for trips. My sister (OCD) has to go threw my suitcase and question everything I pack. So you do what makes you HAPPY! And covers your needs. Impress yourself FIRST, not others!
What is the name or brand of folder you use for stencils?
Nancy James it’s just a generic presentation folder/album you can buy at any office supply store. 😊
Why do you take the albums? Couldn't you just add your pages to the album when you returned home? I saw other videos that also took albums and just don't get it the reason for this. They are so heavy to carry.
