Bro it was reading these same suggestions yesterday bro and the Boros moveset was actually good (yes I read the whole thing and the google doc)
My suggestion was this:
"Maybe add an anti team attack (Mostly to counter being tossed around by M1s to have an inescapable death combo.
Animations vary each character but leave a player stunned for quite a while leaving the other teamer alone to face you.
Saitama
"Don't interfere with my shopping" Aka chops the players neck after taking the punch and standing still
Garou:
Ducks the punch and does a round house kick while standing on his hands
Genos
Blocks the punch and then heats up arms to burn the players hand
Sonic
Dodges the attack and flash steps into a harsh knee into the gut, making them crumple
Metal Bat
Gets hit by the punch and then headbutts the player with a lot of force to knock them off balance and daze them
Atomic Samurai
Blocks punch with blade and then steps forward pushing the blade into the players hand, causing them to snatch their hand away and hold onto it in pain
Tatsumaki
Stops punch with Telekinesis. An aura glows around their hand and then a crack is heard as the player falls to their knees and holds onto their hand in pain"

Let me finish that for you.
Saitama
On the fourth hit the finished player will stumble back, Saitama will begin doing serious side steps around them before elbowing them forward in the back and sidestepping in front of them, setting up for any finisher you want.
Garou
On the fourth hit the kick will send them flying before Garou catches their leg and pulling them into a piercing one inch punch, sending them flying
Genos
On the fourth hit the finished player will stumble back, Genos will kneel down in front of them and hold an arm to their chin while pulling them down by the shoulder before blasting them off with a direct shot
Sonic
On the fourth hit Sonic will very quickly dash around them and then dash into them 5 times, on the last slash Sonic will be able to move freely again while the finished player stands for a second and then begins to slowly lose their limbs one by one.
Metal bat
On the fourth hit that slams them down Metal Bat will drop his bat and mount the player, they will then pick them up by the shirt and beat them in with a series of very harsh headbutts before punching them back down and standing back up while grabbing his bat
Atomic Samurai
On the fourth hit Atomic Samurai will instantly dash forward and position his sword directly in front of the finished players neck, holding them still for a uncomfortable long time before slashing their head clean off.
Tatsumaki
On the fourth hit the finished player will be knocked on the ground, Tatsumaki will cross her arms and looks away upset before nonchalantly waving her arm, grabbing the player in telekinesis and making them repeatedly slam into the floor, on the final slam Tatsumaki will walk over and stomp on them once while crossing her arms

i was thinking about a part 2 recently
I got a concept which makes kj an actual thing in the vanilla game.
So we all know about the dummy evolving and all, especially about the dummy dodging a blitz shot. Ive watched the kj saga and i noticed he dodging in a similar way the dummy did. Now this lead me to think that if the dummy becomes a boss, it could have the kj moveset.
[This next part is straight up yapping]
Once defeating this boss, kj could become a ps+ character. And for those who previously bought the cosmetics+ gp, they could get KJ without having to defeat the boss and yes this sounds a bit weird and unnecessary but it would make ppl think that tsb is a game getting scammed is impossible (basically the same energy when ppl complained about the search bar being a GP and they removed it and added another one to compensate. It would give the game a better public image and make it seems as though the devs respect the community
[DUMMY BOSS CONCEPT]
The dummy would have a chance to "awaken" every 15 minutes or so and start attacking players building up a "rage meter". When that rage meter is full, it will trigger the awakening and go on a killing spree. It would use different moves for different scenarios:
Scenario 1: the dummy is surrounded by players [players aren't using their ults]
In this case the dummy could use the stoic bomb to blast everyone away
Scenario 2: no one is around the dummy
In this case the dummy could use the 20-20-20 dropkick to attck a random player to get close to other potential targets
Scenario 3: There are players around the dummy and most of them have their ults active.
This could trigger the dummy to use the 5 seasons attack
Last scenario:
In case of a fatal attack coming towards it, (eg: incinerate, serious punch, terrible tornado, savage tornado, etc.) the dummy could perform kj's ultimate attack (idk the name but it's the one where he dances and does a punch that cracks the air. (This works as kind of a counter, kinda like the base moveset counter, although the raw move isn't really a counter at all and instead just gives a sh*t load of s and bypasses most cases of invincibility)
A passive would also be nice:
The dummy could dodge all projectiles and long range ultimate attacks such as flamewave cannon, comet strike, speedblitz dropkick, etc
Also (this could be a bit way too op but that's the point) most of the ult moves designed to deal a lot of dmg wouldn't have that big of an effect on the dummy (they would deal half the dmg)
Now with the death counter, it would work in a similar way to the outsiders (it doesn't inta kill them but it deals a decent amount of dmg)
It would be nice if the dummy killed a player, that player would take 3x more time to respawn and couldn't change characters whatsoever and the dummy would go back to normal after 20 minutes
