Life is indeed funny , I do remember a time in the 80’s me as kid looking inside those RamCharger wood grain dash and finding it the ugliest thing I’ve seen , now 40 years later I look at again and I find it the most beautiful I’ve ever seen 😍❤️
Wow, my dad heard almost the identical vehicle when I was growing up, absolutely loved it he would take the top off for my birthday. I’ll never forget riding around the sound of the 440 was awesome same color specked out the same way minus all the fire accessories if you’re ever interested and selling it, please contact me. Would love to add it to my Mopar stable. But what a beautiful all Mopar glad to see they’re still out there in running strong
Man I love these things. I would love a Ramcharger. Especially with a 440! Also would love either a 77 dodge streetvan or mid 80’s dodge van. I had an 85 dodge 2500 and loved it. Had a 5.9 360. Did a bunch to it. Had around 400 hp after all that was done. But years of being in upstate NY were taking its toll on the undercarriage. Started needing some major repairs. So I sold it. I miss that thing so badly
First car, '74 Roadrunner with column shift, split bench, 3.21 rear end, BUT 440. Was an undercover car for the Illinois State Police. Damn thing got 6 mpg. But was quick as hell. Was one of only a few hundred made with the 440. Good times. 🐾🐕🐶
Seeing these 70s Dodge trucks makes me kinda jealous. I have an 82 w150 and a 86 Ramcharger, and the interior of the 80s trucks dont look nearly as cool as the 70s trucks. very nice Ramcharger though,
Do you know of anyone in North Carolina that works on the slant 6 Dodge vehicles? I have an 87 D-150 short bed and it has trans issues and it may need an engine rebuild. I'm in Apex,NC. I am a member of slant6 Forums but having issues getting logged in! Thanks Alan Osborne
Nice interesting ram indeed congratulation. One thing is for sure you don't know about CB radios :) and shifting the transfer case. Not knowing CB is ok and forgivable, but remember this thing! Shift into low gear back and forth ONLY in the N position, don't shift the gear to the PARK position period, GOOD LUCK.
Hey man, I got a 77 powerwagon, same floor and 4wd shifter, and I saw that cb on the floor, was just curious about who makes it and the model because it looks great in that truck
Not quite sure. I no longer have the truck. I would guess its an early analog cobra CB. Go to a truck or 18 wheeler show and I am sure they can be found in the swap meet!

I have a 78 ramcharger SE with a 440 also. Best damn truck I ever owned. I did swap the front end with a 76 Plymouth trail duster

That flat bare spot on right of dash some had a clock I cut a hole and put a tack in mine and it looked fantastic
