I've had good katsu in Canada. Specifically in Vancouver. They are comparable to Hong Kong. The 'guest' comments of people in Canada is because of losing or escaping is inappropriate too. He is the lucky few whom has the advantage over many normal people that has dual or other citizenship. He can move whenever he wishes if things go wrong. Unlike normal people, most can't afford or have the luxury to do so. Perhaps he should be more mindful of what he says.
