oh haha , you did just the same way as Jason ~ use native soil without adding any soil amendments at all, not even compost or biotone. hmmm...you did put biotone on the top in the other video. Thank you Kimberley, helpful as always!🙏🙏❤❤

I think I planted my rose two inches or so too deep. How will I know if this is detrimental? Should I disturb it and pull it up a bit? I'm zone 6.

Maam make a small hit with muds inside the hole so that you could place your roots nicely like an octopus on top of that hill and fill them ... Nicely....

Hi Kim, I have planted the bareroot roses about 1 week ago. Should I put some aged cow manure around the bareroots? Will it be helpful? My soil is sandy loam. Please advice.

I been checking Palatine website for Pompanella. It’s always out of stock. I will check in Sept like you said. Thank you for all good tips. You have beautiful garden and the view is stoning. Love it.

Great video, thank you for sharing your notes! Last year I planted my roses amending clay, rocky soil with compost, peat moss and manure. Just now I learned that this way of planting may have disadvantages. Thank you for sharing how you plant your roses, maybe next time I'll experiment with reducing amendments when planting.

Thank you for your video. I’m new to your channel. This would be my first year planting roses, I tend to kill everything that I grow. I live in North Texas, we have clay soil so I’m going to try your method.

Great video. Helps a lot. This is my first time to plant some bare root roses. I saw many videos said I must use root fungi when plant bare root roses, so I ordered a very expensive product but unfortunately I totally forgot use it when I plant my bare root roses. I was very upset and hesitating if I should dig them out and replant them. After watching this video, I decided to just leave them in the ground. I think they will be fine.
