To allow Downloader to download any unknown app, simply go ahead and download an third party app. Chromecast will then ask you to confirm if you allow Downloader to install the app. Click on yes. You're all set!

for some reason I don't have a section on the apps tab with security and restrictions I only have the tab saying Security and then I only have 2 options inside to toggle on/off. Do you have any idea why it's like that for me and how I could fix it? Thank you if you can help.
