For those who cant find "Security and Restrictions" How i worked around it was to download the apk through the downloader app's browser, then I accepted installation and it automatically brought me to the "allow app installation from these applications" setting page

I have a Jailbroken Firestick already I used on my Roku tv but it broke so now I am looking to buy a new tv. 1 will the Firestick still work on a google tv or not 2 witch one would be the best one to get to get all the channels that works easy. @@elgracioso9894 or anyone else needing this in the future, the solution is to download an apk on the downloader and try to install it, you will be taken to the unknown sources menu. I'm also on Android 12 and I can't find the option on settings but yeah this method worked for me. Remember you still need to enable developer settings...so just do what he did first then instead of going to settings and security, try to install the apk and it will take you to the settings automatically
I have already done all the steps, but when I want to download the dowloader it does not allow me to download it, it appears pending and it does not download. do you know how to fix that?

Just skip that step and continue. In the download process you will come to a point where you get a pop-up on whether you want to install downloader as an unknown app possibly along with CaptivePortalLogin. Ensure you do and just continue with the steps
I use this to install DIRECTV stream on my TV. The app is not saved and I need to go back into app toyed TV each time to view DIRECTV stream. What have I done wrong? I would like for DIRECTV to show up in my installed apps. Thank you.

Do you know how to move apks thirdparty apps to homescreen. Instead of having to go to settings everytime to open them😒 please lmk (I've tried nebula manager but no luck)
@@MiryokuSan well for now I'm using Nebula manager put the app nebula in your homescreen and once open it your hidden Apks/apps will be available to open, instead of having to go to settings/ apps. (Much faster)

Just make a media fire link of the file ,then paste in on the tv,open it and download file,after that just go to settings as he said what to do there ,after doing that go to browser's download section,then tap on it ,then allow everything whatever they say,after that tap install ,your app will be installed,NO need to install any kind of app 🎉(if you dont have broswer ,you have to install it)Please give it a like❤😉
@@kaikaih5771 oh yeah. I have been using it since I got it. You need to enable developer options on your Chromecast. Then using a computer download the apk from a website, and installing in the Chromecast using ADB

Both are great options but if you are already familar with the firestick than go with that.
