Palletizing Robot Handling a Variety of Boxes

We are happy to share a video of another interesting project with an industrial robot. This time we are doing box palletizing.
⚪ The robot, a compact, fast and well-priced FANUC M-20iD/35, equipped with a Siviko PBXG gripper has to handle a dozen different types of boxes of various sizes, designs, and weights of up to 13kg. What's more, those boxes are difficult to handle - they have side cut-outs and unattached caps which makes them unstable. However, our gripper palletizes them with ease.
⚪ The whole robot cell is compact - 2.5m by 2.5m in size and simplified in design - a perfect match for smaller factories.
⚪ The palletizing programs are selected from a drop-down list at the teach pendant’s HMI. There is no need to adjust anything else. This is easy to use and makes the whole system very flexible.
✅With this project, we have helped yet another factory in Bulgaria to increase its performance by fixing a bottleneck at the end of the production process. Now, our customer has increased his output and is ready to enter new markets.
