Kahit na panay na paghihikayat sa mga foreign investors bantolot sila na maginvest dahil sa napakamahal ang electricity rate dto sa Pilipinas kaya kilangan na talaga tayong magnuclearize at paganahin na ang bataan nuclear power plant at samahan din ang pagpapatayo ng mga mini nuclear power plants sa visaya at mindanao yan lang ang paraan para tayo magkaron ng economic upliftment

This is the reason why the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) said that they will place Luzon and Visayas grids under red and yellow alerts today, April 16, as several power plants are either offline or running at a reduced capacity.
