@@fiddledeedee211 I had no choice but to make a new one. For you and for her. And for me :D I guess this is going to be a series :) Have a peaceful evening!
As someone with adhd, I appreciate the excess speech and ramblings! I literally listen to asmr talking at night because it’s the only thing that will shut off my incessant inner monologue which keeps me up at night. Having one thing to mindlessly focus on helps me sleep. Keep it up!!
Same here. But for me it also helps with my chronic pain. Two birds I guess. I just hate getting immunity because it usually is about a week or more to work again. But so far that hasn't been an issue with these episodes. Maybe he's really onto something with short triggers for ADHD.
I almost got mad when he said people requested for him to talk less but then, before I could, he said he was gonna do this video exactly the same with some different triggers. Thank goodness for that! His angelic voice makes these videos! I don’t care what anyone else has to say about it. :)
Haha, well... Thanks a lot! I've actually taken a video of only whispering in English as English-speaking people keep on writing that my accent is relaxing. (I should upload the video in one week or so... ^^)
Relatable tho😅 What do we want? ADHD brain: Something fast to keep our attention! When do we want it? ADHD brain: uhhhhhh maybe for a little bit, maybe for like 30 minutes? Lol idk
Me, uhhhh this looks like a relaxing video! My ADHD brain: it’s kinda getting boring... Me- eh I kinda like it, there’s a new trigger happening so just wait My ADHD brain- rewind that new trigger 10000x N O W
With someone who has ADHD at the age of 28 I can say this helps me so much the first video he made i watch every day now cause it's so relaxing for me and the tingle's I get are unreal

@@PierreGASMR Thank you for making these videos! My ADHD really gets in the way of my sleep and these videos have been a tremendous help. The occasional whispers keep my racing mind in check and I can zone out do all the triggers.
My theory is the people who dislike ASMR videos are the same people who think ASMR is too weird/sexual and they don't even watch it, it prolly gets recommended to them or something and they insta dislike it.
Pierre just want to say and everyone else to notice that you have replied to every single comment on this video and that is a lot of time and effort for someone to replie to over 228 comments keep it up
I was just thinking right now that I needed to go away from my computer screen as it has been an hour and a half since I started replying to comments. I'm happy to read people comments and to reply but I think that after replying to yours I'll go and do my morning stretching... with my cats :D Thank you for noticing and have a great day! ^^
This man takes time out of his day to do asmr for kids or adults with ADHD so he really deserves more than he gets I watched this and almost fell asleep within the first 10 minutes. Keep up the good work
Normally I hate it when amsrtists talk but occasionally there's a very rare person with an actual good soothing whisper voice and it's literally the best asmr you can find on the planet. Keep talking in your vids it's so relaxing
The slightly faster pace from the previous video I think is great. It resembles more the pace of general activities rather than trying to be slower and more methodical. Great for ADHD, great in general. "We need to be fast, to think fast, but to move slowly." - Pierre 9:45 is probably my favorite.
Thank you! I've read a few comments from people saying they would love a longer version so I added more sounds, as many as I could find. I had to dance twice cause my back hurt making this, haha. Anyway, I hope this video helps as much as the first one ^^
I've been having PTSD fear triggers of other people, especially men. Being present with you, your demeanor & these amazing sounds "triggers" me back toward trust & peace. 🙏 😌 Gratitude.
@@vengeancxe yah, sorry no offense to men, there's definitely some really amazing men out there. it's just how my personal story has gone thus far... 💜
I completely agree! I was abused by men my entire life so I usually find more comfort in women asmrists but for some reason he gives a very lighthearted safe vibe, and I go to sleep so fast! Its really refreshing, it's almost as if hes helping me heal from PTSD and trauma :)
My autistic son loves your videos. He is immediately entranced and calmed by them. He says thank you for making these videos and helping him have a time to relax and enjoy the present.
Just want to let you know that i listen to you every single nigth, i’ve done this for the past like 5-8 months now and you succeed every nigth. So i thank you.
Thanks a lot! I'm preparing a "whispering only" video in English. I haven't done one for a loooong time but as people keep on saying that my English accent is "so" relaxing, I need to make one. Haha ^^
As someone with ADHD this was amazing for me. I normally can’t relax during long trigger videos, or ones that don’t use two separate mics. This was perfection! Had to come back to comment because I fell asleep towards the very end. I especially loved the little green things on your hands you used in the beginning! A fantastic trigger!
Thanks a lot for coming back and for giving me your feedback. This makes me happy! ^^ I also love my little frogs (that's how I call them even though they are far from being frogs). Have a peaceful day!
this video helped me relax while studying because with my ADHD i tend to lose focus or fiddle with anything around me and zone out but the triggers kinda tricked my brain into thinking i was fiddling but in reality i was just so focused on the changing triggers. my adhd is weird and my brain is messed up but this comment section made me feel safe. ALSO YOUR VOICE IS SO RELAXING WTF????
I've been struggling recently to keep focused on a lot of things and it really shocked me when I was able to keep this video on, thank you so much! You are literally amazing. Thank you ✨
I agree. My adhd couldn't sit through a whole asmr video from any asmr channels. I couldn't focus worth shit 😂😂 but this one really helped! Ps. Bi flag. Me too. Happy pride month!!!! 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
I don't have ADHD, yet I suffer memory issues and similar problems. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia. I also have Autism. I find that I have a big issue with organization etc...
The trigger work in this video is excellent. Idk, it really brought me back to old school asmr style. Like these days the field seems so saturated with brushes, just whispering, and hyper fast aggressive tapping :/ this was very refreshing
Short length triggers are amazing, the other TH-camrs (the ones I know at least) make too shorts one, so it doesn’t make me tingle but your ADHD videos are just so amazing. Thank you so much!
I love these videos, I have ADHD and usually get fed up with the triggers on other ASMRtists videos as they go on for a long time, so I click onto another video and the cycle repeats. However these videos I feel so relaxed to and the triggers are short but long enough to be enjoyed. The video is also super long so there are plenty of triggers for my brain to “focus” on. Thank you so much. I’ll be sleeping happily and peacefully tonight ✨
I was always wondering what didn't click for me. This pacing and the switching of triggers is so much more tingly and it captivates my attention. Thank you for the video!!! Love both ADHD videos you have made so far, new subscriber! :)
I don't have ADHD, but the fact he doesn't do the same trigger for *5 minutes* makes me really happy, it can get boring and feel repetitive despite the fact you may have heard that sound for the first time in your *life*
Thank you peirre I have adhd and I get bored of triggers really easily so theses videos that you make help me a lot and are a lot more interesting and relaxing
Dude ive gone through dozens and dozens of videos of asmr, and this is the only one that has made me feel good, i fell asleep super quickly, i love this so much, thank you!!!!!
i usually get super bored with long asmr videos but this one is just so good. the short triggers keep me from getting distracted and i love it so much. thank you for making these videos!! also your inaudible whispering is amazing
I have no idea why, I couldn't help but smile and giggle in the end, when he talked about his hair (beautiful hair tho) and when he danced. I really like the ADHD video he does, I watch them a lot to relax and sleep on them, I'm disappointed I didn't knew this man before
Haha! Then, I'm a happy man. Even when I do "serious videos", I tend to introduce some awkward/funny parts just to make the people who are watching smile or laugh :D Thaks a lot!
Ah dude, thank you so much! This helps tremendously because yes I do have adhd, and oh my gosh I've been looking for a short length trigger video for so long, so thank you very much!!
It was always hard for me to say i have ADHD, i dont like it. Here i dont care about it, im so happy you make this, you are the best person on the planet, your friends should be proud❤️☺️
I really appreciate that you made a special video for us people with ADHD but what I really appreciate the most is the 1 hour of your lovely accent and voice. Also the triggers are awesome. I'm in love with your YT channel.
I never realized how mentally painful it is to try to choose an ASMR video to watch, try to make it through the previews, intro, etc. Waiting to be relaxed while the asmrtist moves too slowly to even capture my attention. Especially if it's a roleplay or something requiring focus - my attention will be on calming my muscles, slowing my thoughts, "oh wait what did she say? No relax, okay deep breathing... shit I'm tense again. What did she say?" hahaha. It can be more stressful than relaxing. This fast paced but still gentle style is soooo soothing for my adhd brain. And I love the way you speak - it's not too deliberate, I don't feel pressured to focus on it. This is lovely. Thank you so much:)
Oh and btw - I think the first was better for sleep because it was sliiightly slower and helped my thoughts slow down - but this one i think I'll listen to during the day more when my brain is too loud. As it is, it's definitely helping me relax into a mindset where I'm preparing for sleep :) I would love one of these that starts off faster and gradually gets slower, but of course, you do you!
For me, the most effective ASMR videos are always those who moves the triggers around A LOT and always have those gentle voice and sounds. Because through which my brain can compare the difference and then truly feel that the triggers are near my ears. So thank god I found Pierre’s vids, it’s been so effective and so helpful for my sleep.🥰🥰🥰
I have never been able to finish an ASMR video, but this one and your other ADHD video have been wonderful. I usually hate talking in the videos, but I think the short triggers combined with the short sentences are just what my brain needed. Glad I discovered your videos!
I hope you keep posting videos for those of us with an ADHD brain ocasionally, it's very tingly and relaxing! ❤ Muchas gracias, Pierre! Un abrazo desde Chile ❤❤❤
Thanks a lot! I want to continue too even though I won't be able to add new sounds each time, I think that this could become a very effective series to help people in a lot of different ways ^^
I don’t have ADHD, I don’t think so anyway, but this is so much better than regular asmr I get so fed up that they stay on the same trigger for so long but you move on quick. Love it!
*this is why i'm subscribed* seriously tho, i've seen a video where they did the same trigger for *20 MINUTES.* like, seriously, please just move on with the object! 1 minute is all ready too long!
Aaaahh I just love it when you put the subtitles with what you're saying during the video, I don't know why! 💕 Amazing ASMR video yet again. ASMR videos like these are easier for me to concentrate to and they are sooo relaxing! Keep up the amazing work 🥺✨
OMG!!! You made another one!!! You.are.AMAZING!! Last night I find your first one and today another one!! I am feeling SUPER HAPPY and LUCKY!!! It’s not been the best week for me either so i’m pretty grateful right now!! Don’t change a thing!!! The first video was awesome! You didn’t talk too much at all!! Thank you for staying true to yourself and doing it exactly the same!! Excited for sleep right now!! Have a great night! ☺️
It’s nice to have triggers at my pace (meaning ADD/ADHD paced lol) for once. As much as I like ASMR for helping me sleep, on average, others linger a little too long on each trigger and my brain gets bored and starts partying again. Thanks for this series!
Literally thank you from the bottom of my heart. As someone who loves asmr and has multiple neurological disorders (including Adhd and Ocd) these videos are perfect for me and my mind for studying or relaxing. Ive been searching for videos that are "tailored" to more of how my brain works and when I first saw your videos pop up on my recommendation list, I felt very touched. Absolutely love watching your videos and I look forward to your future content of all kinds☺️
This is really good! I almost fell asleep after 2 min yesterday! I have a very short attention span, which make ASMR hard to listen 2.. But this. This. Is. GOLDEN.

@@PierreGASMR Thank you sir, you too. I just finished watching the first before this one. :)

Relatable tho😅
What do we want?

When do we want it?

Me, uhhhh this looks like a relaxing video!
My ADHD brain: it’s kinda getting boring...

@@PierreGASMR yes thank you half way threw atm and I'm ready for sleep can't wait for part 3 needs to be more asmr people out there doing ADHD ASMR videos
@@calumswan3880 That's great! I guess that more people might make ASMR videos with similar title. Hopefully their content will be good too ^^ Have a peaceful night then! :))
@@PierreGASMR Thank you for making these videos! My ADHD really gets in the way of my sleep and these videos have been a tremendous help. The occasional whispers keep my racing mind in check and I can zone out do all the triggers.
For those two people that complained that he was talking to much there are other channels with no talking
Yeah. An occasional change-up in video is fine, but if their style is more geared toward talking don't expect a major shift.
can we just appreciate how this man was standing up for 1 hour to do ASMR,and then editing a 1 hour video? We gotta love this man.
Yeah that's amazing
takes a lot of dedication
Who would dislike this absolute masterpiece knowing the time and love that was put into it :(
My theory is the people who dislike ASMR videos are the same people who think ASMR is too weird/sexual and they don't even watch it, it prolly gets recommended to them or something and they insta dislike it.
pieces of sh*t's, that's who would dislike it
I don’t even have ADHD, but this is ten times better then other ASMR- 🤩👋✨
I was just watching Asmr for ADHD pt.1 and now I can watch the second one right after hehe
I hope this part 2 is as helpful as the first one ^^
yes
@@PierreGASMR it 100% is, no doubt about it.
As someone with ADHD it really is hard to find things to concentrate on for a long period of time but the short length triggers helped me fall asleep
I don’t have ADHD but God I can’t concentrate on anything. I give up halfway through doing projects too, I just can’t stick with one thing.
The people who dislike a video like this, don’t really know how much effort he has to put into videos like these!
Pierre just want to say and everyone else to notice that you have replied to every single comment on this video and that is a lot of time and effort for someone to replie to over 228 comments keep it up
I was just thinking right now that I needed to go away from my computer screen as it has been an hour and a half since I started replying to comments. I'm happy to read people comments and to reply but I think that after replying to yours I'll go and do my morning stretching... with my cats :D
Thank you for noticing and have a great day! ^^
The dislikes are from the people who accidentally pressed it while they were sleeping
happens to me sometimes too
It actually happened to me a week ago. I fell asleep, came back to the video the next day and I saw that I somehow disliked the video lol
I’ve also done this.. in real life 🙄🤦♀️😂
This man takes time out of his day to do asmr for kids or adults with ADHD so he really deserves more than he gets I watched this and almost fell asleep within the first 10 minutes. Keep up the good work
Normally I hate it when amsrtists talk but occasionally there's a very rare person with an actual good soothing whisper voice and it's literally the best asmr you can find on the planet. Keep talking in your vids it's so relaxing
Only real fans stuck around until the end when he did his funny dance.
What if we fell asleep before then? 😓

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment! I read every comments and I'm always happy to know that my work helps in some way ^^
@@PierreGASMR aww ty^^
The slightly faster pace from the previous video I think is great. It resembles more the pace of general activities rather than trying to be slower and more methodical. Great for ADHD, great in general.
"We need to be fast, to think fast, but to move slowly." - Pierre
9:45 is probably my favorite.
Thank you! I've read a few comments from people saying they would love a longer version so I added more sounds, as many as I could find. I had to dance twice cause my back hurt making this, haha. Anyway, I hope this video helps as much as the first one ^^

@@vengeancxe bruh if a man traumatized her its gonna be one of her triggers, theres nothing wrong with it

I really like your whispering videos! The ones in diverse languages are amazing. I hope you'll do more!
Thanks a lot! I'm preparing a "whispering only" video in English. I haven't done one for a loooong time but as people keep on saying that my English accent is "so" relaxing, I need to make one. Haha ^^
there are a lot of youtubers that cares about their fans, but Pierre... Pierre is the best one that really cares about us
As someone with ADHD this was amazing for me.

Shout out to you Pierre because usually I hate talking and whispering bc of sensory issues but I love your whispers and triggers, I relax instantly
So satisfying! Every sound was the perfect length of time and the mouth sounds and whispers in between were so tingly!
Never stop the whispering Pierre for some of us that's one of the best things about ASMR. It compliments the triggers magnificently. Thankyou.
I've been watching asmr videos for over 3 years now i can definitely say that your videos have the best audio quality i've ever heard.
Thanks a lot! I hope you'll also enjoy this second short triggers video ^^ Have a peaceful night!

I don't have ADHD,
but the fact he doesn't do the same trigger for *5 minutes* makes me really happy,
it can get boring and feel repetitive
despite the fact you may have heard that sound for the first time in your *life*
As a person with ADHD, this was really relaxing! :D

@@PierreGASMR Well I absolutely love it ! That's adorable, I'll definitely watch it more for sleep and to feel great
Ah dude, thank you so much!
I love this, alot of people think I have ADHD or autism even my doctor but this made me sleepy in minutes which is almost impossible❣
Wow! I'm glad I was able to help you and hope this or some of my other videos can help you fall asleep from now on too ^^
I never realized how mentally painful it is to try to choose an ASMR video to watch, try to make it through the previews, intro, etc.
Muchas gracias, Pierre! Un abrazo desde Chile ❤❤❤
Asmr is the one thing that my brain just completely shuts down for, I love it

It’s nice to have triggers at my pace (meaning ADD/ADHD paced lol) for once. As much as I like ASMR for helping me sleep, on average, others linger a little too long on each trigger and my brain gets bored and starts partying again. Thanks for this series!
