    As a person with ADHD I don't usually last more than a minute or two watching an asmr video but your series of asmr for people with ADHD makes me be able to stay and watch the whole video and it's the first time I've ever been able to do that. So thanks a lot PierreG. Thanks a lot.

    This guy gets it. Most people who do the ADHD ASMR think that they should do it erratically and aggressively which only overstimulates and irritates the brain. The proper way to go about it is to constantly provide steady stimulation that includes adding variety so the brain doesn't get used to the one stimulant. Kudos to you sir!!

    I work for construction, and it sometimes requires me to sit for hours at a time and look through complicated plans. I'm not sure if I have ADHD, but I have found myself thinking about 10 other tasks, checking my phone, or trying to find some good music to work to when I should be applying myself.
    I recently remembered this video series and decided to put it on in the background while working in the office. It helps me so much. I am able to concentrate and think through problems a lot better.
    I also get some damn good tingles from time to time and who doesn't love some brain orgasms while working lol.

    a HUGE thank you to you sir because as someone with adhd as well as hearing loss in one ear i love that you move from ear to ear constantly it helps me to differentiate the sounds from each ear.
    when i’m watching a movie or something on my phone the audio is always playing in both ears and i can’t tell if i can hear anything on my right side which messes with me so i can’t listen to anything with the audio in both ears constantly. i was worried i wouldn’t be able to watch asmr until my eardrum heals but i can thankfully (and with much care) listen to asmr and not worsen my ear drum

    • @why.wybie_
      @why.wybie_ 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@morganlarson1913 Autism is a very diverse spectrum and depending on how severe A persons adhd is, Adhd is *sometimes* considered on a diet spectrum, But even still the two aren't similar and they shouldn't be grouped- the person asking probably would wanna see or hear sounds that appeal to their autism, just like people with adhd asked to see\hear sounds that appealed to their adhd. No hate though-

    I found this. I'm not diagnosed or anything, but it's a definite possibility I have ADHD, from the get go, I saw the difference between watching this and watching anything else. The constant switch of items in use and mic filtering to where you hear nothing but the items and your voice, so much more satisfying than focusing on one thing, and having background crackles and favoring one ear for most the video. I don't have to focus on trying to induce the tingles manually. Actually pretty happy I decided to watch.
