I’ve been running Firewall using the errata with my friends for a while now and it’s far from overpowered. It’s a decent and fair card now. And my Playmaker deck is finally complete.
It's not broken but definitely a very good boss if you can combo it with trigate wizard Giving you an omni negate and a bounce 1-2 monsters per turn Also on your first turn Firewall is nice for recovery from your own GY. Just a very solid, versatile boss
With Firewall coming off the banlist, I’ve actually added him to my World Chalice deck (thanks again for the video). I know his special summoning effect won’t do anything for the deck now, but my hand is usually empty by the time I bring him out so that doesn’t matter. I use him for his bouncing effect. I also added Saryuja to that deck, and it really advances the plays, as it makes it easy to end on a board of Saryuja, Firewall, Cerberus, Phoenix, Link Spider, and either Unicorn, Ningirsu, or Ib (for their side to side pointing arrows, and if I’m lucky, I can even get Avramax or Borreload in place for those side to side arrows).

YES THANK YOU as soon as i saw firewall come off i knew i wanted to make a new cyberse deck.... since firewall is one of (yes im seriously saying this time to get all the hate and no i did NOT like the ftk at all i just always have loved it) favorite monsters so yeah THANK YOU
You forgot about defcon bird, its underrated af. You can special summon him before your normal summon to bait shots. Your normal summon is important in this deck.
I always thought running clock spartoi would be better for the fusion summon, but maybe i should run proxy f magician instead. it frees up a spot in the main deck, not requiring cynet fusion.
"Yusaku's main go to boss monster" incorrect, while Firewall Dragon was the undisputed best card of his deck no doubt seeing how he got many many mant cards banned that no other cybrse card even comes close to doing lol. Playmaker hardly used Firewall Dragon at all, making less 15 appearances in the show overall. However I do like the deck profile.
@@mysteryperson1958 I'm not the best with darkfluid but I'd assume it would be a better going first deck however dont quote me. My best advice is look up some profiles on youtube and see how it wants to go. Sorry I cant be more helpful but my expertise is in code talkers

the firewall errata doesn't make much of a difference for the deck IMO we already have a boss monster in Acesscode Talker also I love this deck

It depends on which version you play and how you build it.
