Bullseye is one of the most underrated and underutilized Marvel comics villains. It’s nice to sit back and read about a Joker type sadist who gets the shit beat out of him. He deserves more presence and better stories I hope Wilson Bethel comes back as Bullseye in Daredevil Born Again and fight Punisher but sadly I hear that may not be the case
You never really know for sure, especially since Daredevil and the Punisher might fight alongside each other since Frank Castle and Matt Murdock were portrayed as childhood friends in the comic books
1.he's without a doubt the most powerful of Spider-Man's, Daredevil's, and the Punisher's foes combined 2.the most persistent of the assassins hired by the Kingpin 3.with what I'm working on, they could be given an opponent that's more than they bargained for 4.I wouldn't be surprised if he kept actual owls as pets 5.it's as if she became more like the Eileen Wuernos of the comic book world instead of the actual woman who inspired her namesake 6.if there were more people like him, he'd make his own crazy version of the Blue Man Group 7.it's like he's making his own fear toxins 8.he'd even be a foe for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles if given the chance 9.he'd be among those sent to kill Milo Murphy and company 10.especially since he was killed by Matt Murdock's childhood friend, Frank Castle A.K.A the Punisher
Daredevil is my 5th favorite comic character and my 4th favorite Marvel character as well as my favorite Street Level Hero and he has some awesome villains as well as some pathetic villains & a lot of great stories.
Daredevil has an amazing rogues gallery, but we can thank Frank Miller, Ann Nocenti, and modern writers about that. Original silver age villains created by Stan Lee & co. were ridiculous. Luckily many on them, such as Purple Man, The Owl, and Mr. Fear have been reintroduced as darker and more fascinating villains. Unfortunately, the same has not happened with Stilt-Man. This top10 list was great, and the only villain in it that I don't like is Stilt-Man. I would have replaced him with either Gladiator, Tombstone, Lady Bullseye, or Muse.

The kingpin is an interesting character he also appeared in Spiderman and captain America I've only seen bullseye in daredevil
