It took a few days but i finally got the reverse🎉🎉it was very helpful patterning it without the rope. Then I patterned with a 2lb weight and it just popped out. I had to watch the video slow too😅. I learned RMT rope in 2018 so I was kind of self taught, learned lots of bad habits. You have reignited my passion for it. Thanks!

Hi Tim, been watching your videos to learn rope flow…thanks for that! Got a few suggestions for you I learned teaching a Qi Gong class: one is, it is much easier for the student to learn by watching the instructor from the back side. That way the student brain does not need to interpolate body action…it’s MUCH easier to learn pattern that way. Second is to show your whole body, otherwise the student is left wondering what your feet and lower body is doing. I hope this is helpful to you

I got into rope as a way to have interesting active recovery days, but with videos like this I'm realizing how much it translates to mace flow (my current movement obsession). Thank you so much for these wonderfully verbalized videos. And for making me fall in love with rope flow!

I've been doing the 3 point (self discovery with 1AF) but can't believe i hadn't felt the progression to 4 and 5. My ropes have been unloved for a few months... I'm now inspired - once the rain stops!
I'd love a longer tutorial on Hanuman's Dance than the short one you put out ages ago. I can sneak U/O and DR both sides and i _think I can do HD but further clarification would be great.
Thanks for the content and inspiration human Timothy!

The best for learning a tennis serve or pickleball overhead, but the other side helps so much with Ball toss, of serve. I always loved this movement, I wish you would connect it more to tennis and pickleball that connection with shoulders So good

If I listed everything every move relates to my videos would be much longer than they already are. You could always make content connecting it to your specific passions 😉

By the way, there are amazing similarities between rope flow and Qi Gong movements….interesting!

Just now getting into this. Never have seen it before. But I can tell it has huge potential. My old stiff body needs to do it. Ordered your teaching rope today and can’t wait to train with it. 👍

Hello. I’m a beginner just started 2 weeks ago. Do you have a one-arm tutorial for beginners? I find this is a bit fast to follow along and learn. I guess I just need to practice until I get it.

I’d say just hold in right hand and swing it anti clockwise past your toes and just start to flow from there in front and behind you

You talk a lot. You really do not break it down and explain how to switch. I watch so many of your videos. It’s very frustrating.
