    I tried two or three other guys tutorials - just couldn't get the Sneak... then David came along with his clap-slap-rap method - ahhh now I get it! Thanks David - all your tutorials and your teams are methodical and understandable... now to get a decent rope! Love developing these skills...

    Nobody has explained this move as well as this tutorial. Within 30 mins I had grasped it ... just need to refine it now with some reps. Big up! Cheers

    Just came across your channel. Interesting, because I came across this technique relatively early on after I decided to learn to jump rope back in late Dec, and recently learned it is called the "EB side swing", at least by freestyle jump ropers (actually, one guy calls it the "Winter"). It took me a while to get it, but now I can go back and forth, both sides, and I really like it. Still working on jumping through the regular EB (which I'm curious as to what you call this same move), but I'll get there!
    I don't have a heavy rope-rope like you use, but I've done it with my various PVC cord ropes and my beaded rope.
    Your rope swinging exercises incorporate some moves I've not seen elsewhere, so I'm looking forward to watching your tutorials and learning/incorporating them into my personal repertoire of tricks, movements and blended techniques (like lunges, squats and push-ups). Adding the rope makes all those plyometric/HIIT type of movements much more challenging, and thus enjoyable, for me!

    2nd Try baby! Your videos are awesome! I already am fairly good and smooth at all the other ropemoves you have on your channel, so I was able to pick it up very easily. And it is a lot of fun, plus it really gets you in tune with your body, movement coordination and it also helps me to balance my overall life! YaKnow it's all connected! Thanks for sharing this wisdom :)

    • @Weckmethod
      @Weckmethod  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      practice, practice, practice. Sometimes slowing down and really visualizing the moves can help or even record yourself and review where you might be getting caught up.
